Note to self: This character, as you can see here, I name her Lucia Mochizuki, my empress' daughter. She is 17 years old, as of March 16.
It means “Bright Full Moon”; she has green eyes, a long spear she calls "Celeste" that zaps enemies at close range, can shoot lightning arcs at long range, and is capable of summoning mythological creatures to aid her in battle. Whenever her max HP reaches 20%, she will go berserk, doubling her attack power and damage resistance, allowing her to call forth a controlled thunderstorm that lasts for a few minutes, but only when she reaches critical state.
