The cost of getting into the hobbies is a lot more compared to pre-COVID i mean.

Ah, I suppose that's true. I guess I haven't really noticed it all that much since I've been working mostly as normal all year ^_^'

Just pre-ordered Cyberpunk and installed GOG Galaxy. Surprisingly GOG Galaxy is pretty cool. Integrates with Steam, Ubisoft, Epic, Origin, and Xbox Live so all my games are in one spot. Pretty slick not gonna lie.

Normally I wouldn't, but I've been following the game for years and honestly I'm willing to bet it turns out decent enough and that I'll get my moneys worth. That all said, I'm not hyped out of my mind and think the game is something it isn't, which unfortunately I feel like many people have done.

Here's hoping! But one can't help but be somewhat pessimistic given the state of most big titles at launch ^_^'

Had to actually work hard today. It's probably the hardest I had to work in I while, since I had to quarentine for the last two weeks of my job so my last day at work came without notice. Then I got covid myself, after the quarentine,  and basically had a ridiculous amount of free time. But today felt punishing with what I had to do, just dealing with classes and the end of the semester. It's kind of weird though, as much as I laze around, I almost feel bubbly from all the work I did, mixed with a good amount of tired. I also got back my old job I worked at before I left for college and I start tomorrow, so I'm gonna have to wait a little longer til I can get back to my nice comfortable do nothing self. But with how much free time I had before, I won't complain.

eeeh? I hope covid wasn't too hard on you! I can understand that feeling though - unfortunately, I've not felt particularly accomplished in a long time ^_^'

Does anyone else wear shorts in the winter? I've always disliked wearing pants, just cause I like to be able to move my legs.
Plus when the bottoms of your pants get wet and you can feel it on your legs, it's just awful.

I exclusively wear shorts year around. I'm a bigger dude so they're just more comfortable. When I go for walks around the block I'll put sweats on just for the walk, moment I'm back home though shorts are on lol

Well, fan-cy that. Apparently Samurai Buyer is closing its doors at the end of this year. That's a cryin' shame, I was actually in the market for a proxy-buying service to acquire a few Vocaloid albums.

In case y'all don't know, the company gained fame, then infamy for its treatment of the people they sponsored. But it was also notable for how many people within the weeb community were drawn into this debacle; including a rather younger lad Merryweather, who'd receive an offer there after finishing university, and meet the famed "Misaki" himself.

Sometime later, he'd attract fame for his comics depicting Internet Explorer and other web browsers as anime girls. The rest, one might say, is history.
