Plenty! For starters, find a reason to get up early. For me it was so I'd get more hours to do things with my day.
But you still have the same amount of hours, assuming you don't sleep less/more so much as shift your schedule... o:
That being said, ever since I started working 8-4p instead of various shifts, I definitely do feel like I spend more time being productive and less time groaning/doing nothing. So maybe there is something to that...
