What did you eat today, lewds? Good eats? Bad eats? Today, the family was over for wagyu steaks with grilled veggies and damper bread w/ garlic butter and fresh oysters w/ lemon. I don't think I have ever eaten this fancy.

Well, pretty much all the issues I've heard about it are during a certain amount of time after switching to it exclusively, i.e. some gastrointestinal discomfort, gas, no poops, etc.

Also, what's ensure?

ah, well i wont be switching to it exclusively. It's just nice to have a convenient meal ready whenever I want it.

really liking it, definitely going to be ordering another box. Haven't even tried making smoothies with it yet since ive gotten used to the taste.
