Set up a streaming service off your server? Turn your stationary into a Network-Attached Storage (NAS) device? Hell, even if that's unfeasible, an few free FTP programs will get you a long way.

I don't really enjoy cycling, but there's usually one or two fun moments (when we're stopped). And a nice break from the internet is fun.

My parents find it fun, but I do not. I guess it amkes a lot of difference whether you decide to go on these trips yourself or are forced to do it because of your parents.
