This Week:
Normally I'd start with categories first, but since this game only has Any% as a category, let's dive right into the records.
Well, misc categories fucked me over yet again, there is actually a Glitchless%. Not sure why that's a misc category but okay.
The World Record holder for this category is namebuster, finishing the game in 1:59:31. Following him is Intelcoreguy, finishing in 2:04:07. Kwata is in third, with a 2:05:52 on the leaderboard. And in last we have Sleepwalker_92, finishing in 3:01:44.
When it comes to glitches, there ain't any useful once I know of, the only thing there is is dodgy collision, but at least we have a lot of that. Wanna get out of bounds? Find a wall with a pipe (or something else) right next to it, run up to it, jump against it, and if you did it right you should be out of bounds. Sounds like a good game, am I right? Wanna get past a door? Look for a metal plate or something, place it with a decent distance next to the door, kneel between the plate and the door (back pressed right against the door) and pick up the plate, if you did everything right the plate should push you know right through the door. Wanna get through open spaces while skipping most of the actual game? Take a chair or something, jump on it while holding it, jump again, repear. Basically prop climbing in souce engine, but in easy.
When it comes to guides, watch the runs, a lot. And definitely check out Sychotixx Any% tutorial. But other than that there is much at all.
When it comes to competition on the leaderboard, there isn't a lot, so feel free to bring some more to the table.
On the Any% Leaderboard we have 14 people in total, 53mins and 30secs between first and last. And a total of 4 runner on the Any% Glitchess Leaderboard, difference between first and last at 1h 2mins and 13secs.
That was it for this week. Please feel free to leave any kind of Feedback.
And at this point I want to apologize for not posting last week. I had quite a lot going in school and driving school, so I didn't even find time to make a statement that there wasn't coming one last week. I'm very sorry about that, but from now on the schedule will go on like usual.
