Horror and gory, moments that make you cringe so badly or just scenes that make you go WTF!?
What do you feel is some disturbing anime?
Another is so far the only real horror anime I watched, other than that i got really disturbed by Attack on Tittan. Just imagine being food for someone and you'll see why XD
Elfin Lied has to be the most gory anime I've ever watched. It's just constant gore and death.,

Gantz is the most disturbing anime I watched.
From its horrible design, to its nonsensical plot/story and its fan service and gore. Incredibly disturbing and awful.
