Regarding #1.
If said member has been warned about the action and told he'll be punished next time he proceeds with the same action, I don't know what is a warning if that isn't. How many times must a teacher repeat to the student to not talk in class before punishing him, if the student doesn't understand he should listen to his warning?
To clarify #2.
>and a certain staff member was talking with another member about a game. I told the staff member that discussion should go to gaming and they proceeded to kick me

Which one of the above is more #gaming-related? Meowie = the voice of reason. If you don't understand your mistake/overlook there, stop bringing it up.
#3.
I don't see why people get so mad about its usage; if they're using the discord, present on our server, they should be willing to talk, else they wouldn't really sit there. Using @ everyone to try and start a proper conversation is not a bad thing, especially if, proven you don't like it or don't want to participate for whatever reason, you can just disable it under notification settings by clicking the server name.
