Yo, Lewd! I'm working on a new video and I honestly have to ask this question with a straight face.... What do you guys think is the best anime that also has the most or constant panty shots? Not the oops main character tripped and ended up with his face in a girls crotch. So, let the thread begin!
(highschool dxd has the most panties so let's not mention that, already have that one down)

There's an AMV called Under!Where? made by Crossfade, there's a decent amount of panty shots there so you can start looking from there. Other than that, Kodomo no Jikan has a literally sick amount of panty shots.

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt has a few.
It also has a lot of literal panty shots becuase someone uses guns that are actually panties.
So it has a lot of normal and a lot of literal panty shots.

I liked pantyshots in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, but they worked differently than in most anime.
Generally, if show has many pantyshots, they won't do anything for me.

I like when pantyshots are either rare and very short (viewer can easily miss them) or when they fit into plot somehow.

Fyi that anime was made after western cartoons.

I am completely aware of that but it's not like they copied one, most of the art style was inspired by it but the plot was original, so all the panty shots are still japanese even if the art form might have taken influence from western animation.

An older anime called Agent Aika was noted as THE MOST panty shots in any anime. Like, gratuitous amounts.

The art sytle was based off PPG and Dexter's Lab sorta stuff, but plot-wise, it was all Japan
