As some of you might know, I recently picked up HuniePop for speedrunning. The reason why I did it is because the game's relatively easy to learn and does not require that much of your time to actually run it. The only major turnoff is that the whole game is pretty much RNG-based so that will decide the majority of your runs' success rate. In this thread you'll find guides for speedrunning the game. I'll start off with Get Laid (or Laid%) Easy/Normal categories, and will write on the other ones as I pick them up.
[header]Laid% Easy/Normal[/header]
Both of these difficulties are not too far off from each other so I'll just write a guide for Easy with bits for Normal in gold color. The guide is based on the ones existing on speedrun.com and my own experience with the game.

For running this game all you'll really need are two programs:

optionally, you can add another split after the date 4 for the actual climax minigame, but I don't personally like that particular split because reasons. Oh, and, enable global hotkeys.
the other program being EasyHotkey, once you get it just run it, right click the tray icon, edit the script and paste:
F11::suspend
wheeldown::SendInput {Click 2}
wheelup::SendInput {Click 2}
#MaxHotkeysPerInterval 140
How it works is that it'll replace your mousewheel up and mousewheel down scrolls with double clicks, and you can turn that off at any time by pressing F11. The #MaxHotkeysPerInterval makes it so that the program will not prompt you about stopping the script if you just furiously scroll.

The route is pretty straight forward, so all you really need prior to running the game is some actual experience with it. The timer starts the moment you press "Start as male/female" button. You can split whenever you really want, but I personally do it whenever I see the 'Success' text on a date. Except for the last one of course, which ends the moment you fill the meter during the climax minigame.
The route we'll be doing looks like this:
Tiffany
Aiko (date 1)
Tiffany
Beli
Aiko (date 2)
Beli
Jessie
Aiko (date 3)
Lola
Aiko (date 4)
Yes, you read that right. 10 phases, you're not meeting anybody in between. Because, well, the game works in a weird way, that is, the girls have a fixed timing when they appear - they won't appear at other times of the day than the ones they're available on, because that uses the 'Asleep/Out of town' system to give you more diversity. Now, if you go to HunieBee during one of the first encounters with any girl, you'll see that you can meet the next girl you haven't met yet at any given time of the day. That doesn't mean that this girl will appear at the time she's not seen on - it just means you're skipping the day phases she's not available on and meet her on the first one possible. You'll see what I mean if you try that yourself.
So, once you start the game you're pretty much just scrolling your mouse up and down in the place of screen where you choose an answer. You just keep on scrolling through the tutorial, as it doesn't ever matter which option you choose. After like 40 seconds you'll get to the actual tutorial date, where you want to follow this simple route found by Zibang:

The tutorial is ALWAYS the same until Kyu wants you to finish on your own. Keep in mind, once Kyu tells you to finish the date, the green tiles won't always allow for a seven-match. That's one of the actual RNG aspects of the game, as any further date, so you want to keep an eye out and NEVER stop matching. The moment you move the tile to the desired position and match animation plays, you want to instinctively look for another match on the board, desirably near the bottom of it for lucky chains.
Any timing below 1:30 on Tutorial is pretty much what you want to aim for. WR run on Easy has this part done in 1:07.
Once you finish the tutorial date, you can split to the next part, which finishes once you complete the first actual date with Aiko.
Kyu will give you the HunieBee and the game won't progress until you actually open it, so you want to scroll near the top of the screen where the HunieBee icon will be displayed to open it as soon as possible. If you're doing an Easy run, you want to go to the Settings and switch to Easy difficulty as fast as possible, then close the HunieBee with right mouse button; if you're running Normal, just open it and close it as soon as possible with right click.
Then comes the only choice in the run that actually matters: you have to select "Hell yeah, let's do this!", or else Kyu won't let you go any further. Due to the RNG it can appear as any of the three options on the screen, so you have to manually select it. Can lose you up to two to three seconds compared to if you just scrolled at the random option and it turned out to be the correct one, but at the same time can save you more than five if that random scroll was the wrong option. Then you choose "University Campus", since it's the fastest route to go about.
Scroll through the meeting Tiffany thing, again the choices never matter. Once you finish up, you want to talk to her three times, scrolling through all of it on the random choice hoping for the best. Ideally you'll get 575 Hunie after that, but depending on the RNG, it can also be as low as 150 Hunie. Once you're done talking to her, go meet Aiko, scroll through the dialogue as well.
UPDATE! I tested out this section extensively and found out the faster way of dealing with things. Once you're done scroll-skipping the 'meet Tiffany' segment, check out the shop and buy whatever you can for her with the 1000 Munie you have. Optimally you'll see Bead Bracelet and Glow Sticks, both worth exactly 500 Munie, so that's something to keep an eye out for. They won't appear 100% of the time though, so try and spend as much Munie as you can. Spending less than 800 Munie is extremely rare in this situation, but if that kind of event should occur, just reset the timer and start the run over.
After buying her the gifts, talk to her as you'd previously do. With perfect RNG you'll have more than 1500 Hunie once you do it, so go ahead and upgrade the Sexuality trait now. In the event you don't have 1500 Hunie, however, just talk to Aiko before starting a date with her. In any case, after talking to Tiffany go and meet Aiko, scroll-skip the meeting part and ask her out on a date once you upgrade the Sexuality trait.
Now, here comes a part I like to do, but it's not that advised, since it's also RNG-based. If you manage to get 575 Hunie talking to Tiffany, it's actually possible to upgrade a trait before the first date with Aiko, which can save you time. You got 1000 Munie on your tutorial date with Kyu, so if the shop RNG allows for it, you can buy the gifts for this 1000 Munie and then spend the Hunie on the Sexuality trait. Then again, the shop RNG is rarely this forgiving, so you can just skip it. If you decide to try the shop RNG, just keep in mind that the girl will only accept the gifts that are marked with a star/heart.
First date with Aiko. Pretty straight forward. Match Passion and Sexuality tokens, so pink hearts and red tiles, avoid Talent (blue ones) at all cost. Always look for potential big combos, but remember the rules - a normal Sexuality match is always worth more than Talent 4-5 match, so don't sacrifice any Sexuality matches. Also, all along the Easy run and for the first half (at least) of the Normal run, we won't have a need for Sentiment, since our only date gift changes the Broken Hearts into Passion gems, and Broken Hearts don't appear all that often, neither giving us sick chains like on Hard difficulty. So avoid willingly matching Sentiment tiles, but if you see a potential chain/can clean some space starting with them, go ahead. Again, don't sacrifice any Sexuality match.
After the date has been completed, time for a split. If you didn't give Aiko the gifts before it, now's the time. If you somehow don't get 1500 Hunie with just Aiko's gifts, see how much Hunie you're missing, and depending on that; if you're missing less than 150, try talking with Aiko and get the remaining Hunie this way; if you're missing more, go to Tiffany and get her the gifts worth the missing amount. If you're on Normal, you can actually get her more than that, since you'll be using the leftover Hunie later on.
Regardless of what you did, you have to see Tiffany anyway, so if you didn't go to her yet, now's the time. As soon as she pops up, switch to Beli and skip her dialogue sequence, again the choices don't matter. Afterwards you're seeing Aiko again, just instantly date her for all you care. Second date is also pretty straight forward, keep the gameplay tips in your mind and you'll be fine, unless the RNG decides otherwise. If you're running Normal, after this date you're typically getting another bunch of gifts; keeping the Hunie from Tiffany's leftover gifts you should be able to get 1500 Hunie easily. Use them to upgrade either Passion or any other trait you feel appears much on the grid, other than Talent. If you gave some girls the gifts with hearts, you can try your luck again and unpack some of the date gifts. It's heavily RNG-based though, so you're pretty much gambling between losing and gaining time that way. After the date, split.
See Beli again. It's important, if you choose Jessie now instead, your run is pretty much over. Switch over to Jessie ASAP after, skip her dialogue, CHOICES DON'T MATTER (trademark) and switch over to Aiko again, date. This date is usually the longest and most irritating since the RNG hates you for no reason pretty much every run. Decent RNG on date 3 doesn't really exist. Keep an eye out on the move count here, since if you get really bad RNG here, you may run out of moves before you notice. On Normal, from this point on matching Sentiment is back in meta, since Broken Hearts appear more often and you get bigger Passion level more easily with the gift you have. Also if you get a decent date gift in case you've gambled, that's one of the options. Split after date as usual.
See Lola now, it'll skip right to the evening next day. Skip dialogue scrolling again (did I mention choices don't matter?), switch to Aiko right away. Final date, try to get her Passion level up as fast and efficiently as possible and match as many Sexuality tokens as possible given the RNG. You should optimally finish the date within 10-13 moves, the less the better. After the date, Aiko will come along and climax minigame will start. Now you just don't care about combos, kind of gems, anything - you just chain as many gems near the bottom of the board as humanly possible. Once you fill up the meter, split and run over. Good job, you win at life.
Good luck! Thanks for reading if anyone intends to run it. I'd love to see more HuniePop runners.
