It's almost 2016 and in some countries it already isn't 2015 anymore. I thought it would be a good idea to post our new years resolutions here so we can forget about them next week. My new years resolution is 1920 x 720. I'm also going to try being less of a twat in the coming year What about yours?

To be more confident in initiating social ventures, so I don't have to spend another new-years alone (though that may come with entering university). Putting sufficient effort into curricular study near exam-time also seems useful.

It doesen't have anything to do with a new year but I'm working on myself and I'm slowly successing. My main goals are to stop procrastinate and be more understanding. And so far both actually make me fell better.

Not really a resolution, but I just want to finally focus on one of my interests. I've dipped my toes in so many things (music production, art, programming, etc), but I always change my mind after getting started. I'd like to actually progress in programming.

For starters, I'll probably start reading books and watching anime again. Now that I've got my health back in order somewhat, I'm also hoping to be a lot more social. Perhaps I could learn to cook sometime, though that's on the back-burner.

In retrospect, I accomplished almost none of these things. But I did improve my life in other ways at least.

Anyhoo, 2017 is prolly gonna be the year I get back in shape. I kinda need to; I lost like fifty pounds this year, but now I look like a beanpole.

A new year is a good excuse to write out all I've been trying to improve on.

-Balance my hobbies more. Stop forcing myself to watch films when I don't want to (TL;DR explanation: [spoiler]This is a weird quirk of mine but for so long film has been my biggest hobby that I sort of force myself to try to enjoy it even when I'm not in the mood. I like to make "best of" lists at the end of each month so I'm always trying to watch as many as I can in my free time so I have a good final list. But recently it's been driving me insane.[/spoiler]) Try to achieve a good balance of film/anime/reading/vidya in equal quarters.
-Stop going on /r9k/ everyday. It's a fun board but dwelling in depression that much can't be healthy.
-Do my strokes for at least five kanji everyday.
-Stop trying to chase after people who make me unhappy.

This year I got pretty bad about having too much on my plate. Narrowing my focus down to something doable should be my top priority. I'd also like to get back in the habit of excersizing everyday.

My resolution this year is to eat more food and go to more places! I been wanting to try sea urchin since 2015 but never did. Also to travel more like just enjoy they day go to the next city over and just chill or walk around a shopping district or mall and just enjoy the time away from work and school. Pretty much live life lol......or stay on my computer and get gud...anyone works...mostly the latter 😉

I have quite a to-do list, most of my summer plans weren't even finished yet, so I am still working on that.

-Get better at Worms Armageddon to the point I can easily defeat all of my opponents in less than 3-5 turns with fewer losses to my own team
-Finish the KanColle Simulator before March (beat all worlds and events without any ships sunk)
-Finish all three difficulties of Minecraft, and then beat Hardcore
-Get to Level 20+ in Lewd before March so I can continue my tournament RP
-Finish my Sims 3 Matriarchy Legacy Challenge
-Beat my previous daily post record, and then get to at least 25 threads made
-Complete all of my summer plans that I failed as quickly as possible
-Start and run my own Protagonist group, this means all of my future RPs and latest happenings will be there
-Attain red heart status
