Kings of Convenience, bo en and El Cuarteto de Nos are the first ones that come to mind.
The thing with bo en is that whenever I really pay attention to one of his songs to see if it'd be among my favorites, I realize how much I love it. Currently really in love with money won't pay (with augustus).
Kings of Convenience are lovely for relaxing; they're a very chill group.
El Cuarteto de Nos have very good lyrics, but honestly aren't very exceptional otherwise.
