Yeah, dump your best apps/games/customization apps for Android here. I just solved my device's RAM issues so I can afford to run some games without the device lagging like hell.
A few mentions from me, since it wouldn't be too fair otherwise.
You Must Build A Boat - a pretty nice time killer, sort of like an endless runner, but not quite. Each 'dungeon' is procedurally generated, and your task is pretty much... building a boat! A bigger and better boat with more staff. Fun game overall.
ICE - a game I used to run on a friend's device during breaks in the college. A nice quick-time strategy game, nothing too complicated, but relaxing. Your goal is pretty much capture every single camp, before any of the CPU opponents does it. So claiming camps, fighting with CPU armies, reclaiming camps, fighting for yours, pretty typical and yet fun.
Tap Titans - just your typical clicker game. Nothing too special, but the visuals are nice and it's actually pretty well-optimized.
Oh! Edo Towns - city management, settlers-like. Pretty nice if your device can't run The Settlers HD. As mine.
Well, everything I posted runs perfectly fine offline. And that's pretty much the type of games I like - for instance, I would play a shitload outta Puzzle and Dragons or Soccer Spirits from mis's thread, but they both require you to be online as you play, and I don't have that sort of luxury. Well, that, and Soccer Spirits kept crashing for no apparent reason.
So yeah. What are your picks?
