I just wan to sit down and tell the meanie that they needs to not be a meanie but the person I like says not to because meanie will start more mean issues :'c

Meanie argues with person I like just to talk to person I like instead of learning to be a civilized not meanie friend.. :/

From my own experience, in 90% of the cases you can't really help. The person you like has to grow tired of this meanie and break all contact with them by themselves. They either grow up and change things as they are, or never learn and repeat this cycle all over again.

As much as it sucks, but letting them get hurt to the point where they break it off themselves is the only tried and true way that guarantees that they'll actually help themselves.
