Have you ever met a character you've wanted to sweep up in your arms and protect for the rest of your life? <3

Don't try to make fetish attempts with Yellowstone's spitting tongue as her geyser, you'll make her head literally explode from your glomp and kill us all, she has done it before a couple of times only to have a new head popping in.
I would imagine playing a disease and have abilities, symptoms and transmissions as anime characters performing these actions against humanity.
[spoiler]
Day 1: Anime starts in Japan, a wealthy, urban country with a balanced climate: (◕‿◕)
Day 7: Rodents are infected in the Japanese capital, greatly increasing infectivity and start spreading their filthy smell. (´♡‿♡)

Day 14: Attacks on unsuspecting human beings causes them to turn into the aforementioned disease, but it is so slow it can take up weeks to react. (⌒_⌒;)

Day 30: Somehow, the pack of rodents manage to breach into the water supply just as the Japanese government mandates new sterilizers into their ships. Their initial slowdown plan failed. -_-

Day 60: First mutation occurs, people started to feel very sleepy [Insomnia] within days, messing up their mood. (#><)

Day 72-75: First round of ships leaves Japan and make their way to China, another urban country is infected, making it two. O^>

Day 80: Love Festival occurs, significantly catching many people off guard and turning them into anime people very fast. (/^-^(^ ^*)/ ♡

Day 90: Not long after the festival started, dust particles became the victim of transmission, adding more fuel to the spread. Rumors quickly begin to spread around China of a mysterious runaway plague emerging from overseas. It is only minor at first, they need to investigate. (o-_-o)

Day 117: Second mutation, anemia makes people start losing their melanin as a means of whitewashing. Meanwhile, air conditioners in infected cities actually allow passing of the disease in, making in-home transmission easier even whilst asleep as summer approaches. The plague is immediately discovered in China, called Animus. (*_*)

Day 140-145: The disease spreads to Korea, and a few days after, S.E. Asia. The adaption to humid environments means it is a hydrophilic plague due to anime people only allowing one huge sweat gland on their faces. And along with it, an increase in the general brightness of the surrounding environment. Now livestock is put at risk, too. \(º □ º l|l)/

Day 175: Third mutation, paranoia is evolved, people quickly stop trying to seek their favorite doctors and start panicking over everything. This of course, makes the rest of eastern Asia trying to figure out the exact cause. China isn't helping and neither does Korea, Vietnam, or the Philippines because of past grievances.

Day 195: Indonesia is hit, and it somehow manage to infect chemically treated water, now every ship that has been infected with it means sterilizers are completely useless. Mutation chance is slowly increasing by the day. ┐(‘~
)┌
Day 212: The invasion then officially starts as the first ability brings on a surge of psi energy from out of nowhere, bringing magic and its logical workings on their own beyond Earth's current physics. After around seven months, the Anime Empire as a disease gained enough foothold and started killing right as scientists start working on an impossible vaccine. Japan is the first to start the cure. That is when anime people start to feel wacky. (・・😉
