Fallout 4; Day 1
Fallout 4 isn't going to come as much a surprise.
In the very beginning of the game you start in Boston, At home, With a kid and a Wife(or husband depending on what gender you choose). Basically at this point your family is forced (after being invaded) into a vault, or in this case vault 111.
Sound familiar? It should, just like every other fallout game, we see the amazing Vault come into place. And i mean i love all the games but the ideas are starting to get less and less original as they go.
Anyway while in Boston you are a happy and i mean an extremely happy family, almost fake. Theres also the original pet robot guy who treats you to breakfast, lunch, and dinner and for all i know he might even be washing you while you take a shower.

Now lets move onto the graphics. The graphics have actually improved alot more than the previous games.
Fallout 4 never had bad graphics to begin with so the extra load of graphics actually makes the game look really nice, though the people seem to look very awkward.
The baby for one that you will see in the very beginning of the game is very strange and almost un pleasing to look at. The body mechanics were set almost strangely so that the body's seem very stiff rather than into movement and flow. Of course that's a common feature games alike have yet to fix.
Back to vault 111, after escaping you come to realize your son has been kidnapped and the world has been exploded. Literally. Bombs everywhere and blood(Nuclear war)- The regular. Anyway at this point you venture away from your vault to greet a dog. Yes, to greet a dog (Who also becomes a close companion). At this point you can move onto a city and began the real experience- people, beginning to quests and other open world experience.
The most interesting part i think though is the quests and decisions. The questions people ask you and what they might inform you to do will make an effect on your character, this means that your decisions, your acceptance and favors effect who you are as a person in game. Its like choosing between good and bad. Or rather that might actually be it. Another fun add to the game is the new combat system. The game now includes vats (A newer type of vats). Which is actually really annoying. With the need of vats it makes you alot easier to survive actually which in my opinion is fun but a little annoying to deal with.

The one thing about fallout 4 is how the game effects you. I mean im emotional so the shit that i was asked to do whether there NEVER be a right answer does start pushing down onto you.
The game itself also exhibits the old and wonderful land of unknown creatures and that's amazing because i remember the beetles from fallout 3 scared the shit out of me when they jumped out of no where with their annoying screeching sounds.
None the less there are a large amount of creatures that you are to fight and defend yourself from. (Mods are also now available if you enjoy them)
If theirs one thing that bothers me though is the awkward cut scenes, i often receive lots of lag and glitches in between the fps.
This is the sad but untold story of the person continuously running into the wall or the dog who's leg looks broken because its curved like the edge of a circle. This also means the amazing lets walk through the wall scene.
Fallout 4's Map is another land to discover. Like Skyrim in order to fast travel you must first discover the area. Meaning if you discover an area and die without saving you will haft to rediscover the area in order to fast travel to it- Joy. But at least its more realistic, Of course with being realistic you also have to deal with looking directly at the map, which is very heard to navigate through.
Overall i think that fallout 4 has stepped its game up in the stats of graphics and combat. The story itself though has not changed enough for me to want to talk more about it. Its a very bland story that issues and follows the previous ones.
Summary:
Amazing Graphics
Unoriginal Story Line/Plot
Good Combat System
Annoying but fun to discover creatures
Variety
Annoying Map system
Awkward characters
Glitching and Lag
Good decision process and effect
The Overall rating for Fallout 4 is:
5/10
-Recommended-
I gave fallout 4 this rating and recommended it is because you could easily receive just as much enjoyment from this game as any of the other fallout games. Of course they will not all have the same graphics but the idea of an open world, Interesting and unique creatures and Glitch/Lag will always be open to any of the other fallout games. Of course it will not always be quite as amazing as one to the other might be to a different person (Hence why i gave it 5/10). Though if you are feeling free to waste some money for something that might catch interest, fallout 4 is still a good choice.
To overlook a games small bugs can make it lots of fun.
