If I wrote a summary of what happens I'd spoil the effect the anime has on people
True, if you mention a summary, you probably will, but there's still many other points that you can mention. For the story, you could tell us on how consistent is it. Or you could tell us about how frightening you felt in the horror moments (Its a horror, right?) or something like that. Basically, in Rauzi's word, "how well does the anime effect on my feeling."
Then there are characters and character development. Not much to talk about character development when the anime is on-going, but you could talk about characters. Are they annoying? Or are they lovable? Do they fit the story, or does it seem like they're forced to do things thats against their personalities?
There's a lot to talk on art and music as well. Is the music good? What about the opening and ending? Is the sad tune used for the sad time, and a horror tune for a horror time or its just screwed up? There's a lot to talk about without spoiling (=.
