Which is your favorite Anime of this season(Summer 2015)?

Bakanyan

If you're unsure about which Anime are included in Summer 2015, just go check out AniChart (Note that the Anime such as One Piece or any long series that started airing long ago are not included.)

Anyway, just like the title says, which is your favorite Anime of this season? And why do you think so?

In my opinion, its Rokka no Yuusha because of its unique premise. There's plenty of flaws in it such a character development, but I still think it deserves more attention than what it is getting. I might be a bit biased on this, since I've been waiting for months for the Anime of Rokka no Yuusha to be released, but meh, its still an anime I might give 10/10 this season.

Rokka no Yuusha is indeed really good. Alone the character art is amazing, it has a nice slow and steady pace and the mystery is really good.
(I assume you read the light novel of this one too? )

My favortite this season is still Aoharu x Kikanjuu though, it has such a cute and funny premise ♡

I have read Rokka no Yuusha's light novel, yes. I mostly don't like Nanodesu~ projects but they did a great job on Rokka no Yuusha and Grimgal(and some others). Rokka no Yuusha does a great job on the mystery, true. Its been a while since I've enjoyed an action filled with (actual) mystery. The author had planned the novel from his very first chapter and its so hard to predict whats going to happen next.

Its a shame that Aoharu x Kikanjuu manga has only three chapters translated. I usually read the original source before and then watch its anime adaptation, but I guess in this case, I'll just have to watch the anime. It certainly sounds like fun. The gender-bender in it is reminding me of Bokura no Kiseki with all that survival and stuff.

We have a high compatibility so I'm sure I'll have a fun ride watching it XD.

I don't really like watching anime as it comes out but I've been watching Gangsta and I'm liking it

I'm really interested in the Anime as well, but haven't watched it yet. I'm waiting for the BD release of it. Would you mind telling me why do you like Gangsta?

Gate Is looking amazing this season, and DRRR is running again, but I think that overlord is one of the best this season IMO

Rauzi

I've read Gate, so I'm not in that much hurry to watch it. Going to watch it in BD1080p when it comes out six months later ^. Again, I've read DRRR! LN and found that its inferior to the first season so I'm thinking about skipping it completely. Does the anime make it interesting? Might give it a try if thats the case.

I was hyped for Overlord but not sure what I didn't like about the anime adaptation. I was eagerly waiting it since I've read its LN, but dropped it on the third episode. Does it get better? They should have got a better director, but if it does get better, I'll continue it e.e.

I really need to start reading this manga... just saw the reviews about it and it seems like something that I would enjoy.

This season is pretty good, in my opinion. Lots of great anime. Overlord, Aoharu X Kikanjuu, Rokka no Yuusha, Gangsta, DRRR!, Gangsta, etc.

There probably hasn't been a better season in 2015.

I like reading the source material before the adaptation. Don't know why but that's how I've almost done with all the series, unless its an original. I'm downloading the manga now--looking forward to it. I'll probably catch on to you with the anime within half a week since Saturday's just around the corner. Looking forward to share the opinion with you 😃.

Shirayukihime is quite special, it has a lot of originality in it, which makes it so nice and fresh ^^

If your looking for something funny to watch, try Himouto Umaru-Chan or Working!! Those anime killed me this season

Bakanyan

Damn it, the anime to watch keeps getting longer and longer..... this season is freaking great. So many anime with great stories. Haven't had such a great year since 2011 and 2007. Wow, they all seem to come in four years interval o.o.

Chione

Okay, imo Rokka no Yuusha deserved to be anime of the season. It was a really awesome adaption, faithful to the novel, even though there were some animation issues.

What do you guys think?

Aimi

Prison school is pretty lit.

Rias

Monster Musume #1 Anime of the Season.

Clannad

Sky Wizards Academy and Prison School is pretty cool. You guys should give it a try.

Prison School is pretty funny. I left off at around episode 6 if I'm not mistaken.
