I'm no real web designer, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt.
Planned Palettes
I like them a lot. They're better colors than the ones you have currently displayed, especially for qtpi (dat blue doe).
Ridorii - The center image doesn't look the greatest in my opinion. I'd get rid of the white background. Never been a huge fan of large icons next to text, perhaps smaller icons?
qtpi - Only thing I don't like is the blue background, which I think the planned palette will definitely help with it. Its sweet, and simple. For my image hosting domain I literally just had a page, grey background, gif and piano music playing.
Overall I like the layouts, and feel of em. Not huge on the colors, but your planned palettes look like a good set of colors so I look forward to seeing them implemented. 🙂
