So we had a little thing going on the Discord as you do with people sharing their speeds, so thought I'd transplant it over here too. We had some interesting one's including the Lewd.sx dedi speeds. Either way slap your speedtest results below, especially if you've got an exceptionally interesting one! go to http://www.speedtest.net/ do the test when it finishes hit the 'share result' then 'image' url and paste it here. Currently using a Ethernet cable from my PC so don't know if that contributes.

My current connection refuses to let me do a speed test, so here's Lewd's dedi in the meantime: (also, moving this thread to the technology forum)

This is my speedtest. P.S Ignore the isp nothing going on here :3

Comcast like most places have a monopoly here. I'm getting throttled all the time

The upload is godly and I love it.

This makes me sad. Remember guys, it's in megabits. I only get 900-ish kilobytes per second.

I have an account and i long ago set my preference for actual speeds rather than mbps which is a bullshit metric, but apparently the image doesn't reflect that. 10.9MB/s down | 1.445MB/s up

Not amazing, but it's better than the satellite connection I've had up until recently.

Sucks to be me, especially since I'm paying for 16Mbps down.

AT&T's empty promises, my friend. I feel your pain (I had AT&T for years at one point, U-Verse at that.)

The alternative to AT&T in my area is Comcast, and my family is absolutely hell-bent on never having to switch to them. Slow internet speeds forever 😢
