Has any one ever worked in Data Entry and research? Just wondering if anyone has had job doing it.

When I was interning in the web development department at a company they would sometimes assign me some data entry stuff, It was extremely monotonous but it passed the day pretty quickly. But it something that I got used to and didn't mind doing, but I didn't love it.

I currently do something that may be listed as Data Entry, amungst other things. I work off of the computer for a company near by.

Research sounds like fun, data entry is something I'm not crazy about but I don't mind doing

It depends on the job. Let's say you put together a mailing list in excel. 10 cents per name/address. Either that or you work hourly and that just depends on the company you work for.
