Monaco is my favorite online Co-op game with friends. Ever.
Still, it's only really good if you play consistently with the same group of friends and you all get good at a fairly similar pace. It's one of those games where the new folks are easily left behind by rushing players.
Skullgirls is lovely, too.
I'm all for joining you in Skullgirls, Don't Starve, and possibly Monaco once you're more familiar with the mechanics.
