So, who's excited for the new evil dead TV series? Honestly I can't wait. Here's the trailer if you haven't seen it yet:
Why does that actor look so familiar?
Edit: massive brain shortage, it's Bruce Campbell, reprising his role again as Ash. Interesting.

I like Bruce Campbell and the fact it's the Evil Dead will make me watch it, but is it just me or was his acting really kind of... stale?

Well he is 57. He does seem a little off in the trailer but I think it will be alright..hopefully. Honestly I wish they made this into a movie instead of scrapping it and making a tv series, but thats just me.
I am excited !!!!! I rememebr seeing this trailer months ago and being super disppointed when I realized it wasn't coming out until October. I had actually fogotten about it. Thanks for the reminder!!!!
Meh. Not really a fan of this type of flick. Liked the first one because of it's B-movie charm. This seems signifigantly higher budget and a whole lot less character.
The pilot for this series beat out even Mr. Robot for one of my favorite first episodes. Bruce Campbell has aged like a fine wine.
I'm surprised at how good the first two episodes were. I hope that this holds up.
Holy cow, "Brujo" was a blast. The ayahuasca trip that takes up most of the episode was hilarious. Hyped for hijinx with the hand.
So far I have only seen the first episode of this and it kills me. It had to be a Starz exclusive :/ Season 3 is in production and I have the rest of season 1 and 2 to catch up on.
The film was much better, they tried to appeal to a larger audiance with the series. Granted that it had its moments however it is not the classic it once was.

You can just watch the series but a few jokes and it does reference things out of the old films.
