I started dabbling with Vaporwave maybe a year ago (just listening, though. I can't make music, no mater how easy it may be). Fun fact: Turns out マクロスMACROSS 82-99 is a Mexican. Man, never would have guessed Macross would have been Mexican...
the more you know.

The music you posted is really good! Loving the feel Spazkid's stuff gives.
To be honest, I just stumbled upon the genre not but a week or two ago, so I haven't listened to anything but the mainstream stuff, can't wait to see what other gems the genre holds.

thanks for the fullwidth by the way.

maybe it's just that i've been on /mu/ too much, but i can't seem to get myself to like vaporwave without feeling self-conscious, because honestly, the thing is kinda tryhardy in the hipster sense. though i'm really digging the dystopian, machine-like feel of the faux-utopia setting.

also having about half the artists/albums' names be in moonrunes makes it hard for an eop like me to search the stuff.
