Massive necro because I feel like all I do these days is play Touhou even though I'm still a Normal-tier scrub.
I started playing the Windows games chronologically last year and feel myself getting better slowly but surely. Here's how long it took to get all Normal 1ccs (minus PoFV) and clear Extra in the games I've played so far:
Embodiment of Scarlet Devil: a little over a year (since I started as a complete n00b)
Perfect Cherry Blossom: 27 days
Imperishable Night: 24 days
Phantasmagoria of Flower View: 4 days (because I only got a 1cc with Medicine in the normal modes, otherwise I just continue spammed since there's too many shot types to try to 1cc with)
Mountain of Faith: 13 days
Slowly making better progress but Subterranean Animism is an insane game, its Normal is like the other games on Hard. Very curious how difficult Koishi is going to be... Also playing Shoot the Bullet, currently on scene 5-8 after starting on 5/23/19.
My favorite character is Reimu but I'm going to resist doing the full sort until I've played every mainline game ^^
Who here has played them? All my free time is getting eaten up by them these days!!
