In programming (of languages i use), commands for clicks and taps are handled identically, so its not odd to consider that the issues may be related. Also, "fluid" is apparently subjective. The current android touch works way better than the orginal, but I will never agree its the superior option. Ive done too many side by side comparisons to believe that.
Anyway, yeah. I wasnt having an os debate, i just made a comment about your original post. Its a forum, not a chat room. I was responding to a specific post, not the most recent one.
I never said it was superior (don't know what we'd be comparing it to, iPhone? Sailfish? Mozilla Firefox OS?), I just said that it works better than the original. I also asked you to elaborate said issues, but you really haven't.
Then why did you quote the most recent one? I could understand if maybe there was another part, but you only said one thing and it was that your post seemed on topic.
I was on my phone the first time and didn't see you full message. I only saw the "plz stay on topic" part. Also, I didn't try to quote anything, I clicked "new reply" if I quoted anything it was unintentional.
And yeah, I was mostly referring to iOS, although I have a windows tablet too, and the touch is great aside from the icons being too small (running full windows on a tablet makes some shit almost un-clickable (the browser close button, the windows start button.)
Yes, I didn't elaborate because I don't really see how I can without being in person. The fact is, you click on things and nothing happens. It's sporadic. Sometimes you zoom in and zoom out, and it suddenly corrects itself, other times you change the screen orientation and it fixes itself, sometimes you have to close out and restart the app/browser window. Maybe it's the website, maybe it's the different apps. I don't really know. I just know that it's specific to android.
