Drawing tablets

Can any of you recommend some nice (but cheap) drawing tablets? I've recently developed the urge to get back into drawing. I already asked some people about what tablet to get but so far I've only received one recommendation that I could actually afford: HUION H610PRO. Do you think this tablet is any good? I've read some mixed reviews about it, mostly regarding the sensitivity settings. What do you use or what would you recommend to someone that is only interested in casually drawing some stuff on the PC every now and then?

Minimum? Well, I'd take it for free if there was a possibility. Haha, but realistically I thought that I'd have to spend at least _50€ (₅₅$) to get a somewhat usable tablet. My max would probably be around _150€. (₁₇₀$)

Thanks for the heads up about the Huion and the recommendations. Maybe I'll just have to see if I can try a tablet out somewhere to make sure it's the right choice but your recommendations seem really solid so far.

Hi!. I've struggled with finding the right tablet for YEARS!!! I wholly agree with Loko! I highly advise against the HUION. I had one of that brand. The sensitivity settings were a mess! And the drivers sucked so bad. Most importantly, the tablet itself was WAY too slick to draw on properly. I got rid of it. My next tablet was from MONOPRICE http://www.monoprice.com/Category?c_id=108&cp_id=10841 It's probably the best tablet for the price. i genuinely liked that one. Currently I have a Cintiq. If you do any research, you will find that they can cost up to $3500. Mine was $800, and worth every penny! Drawing on it feels so natural, like drawing on paper. With the cost being a bit unreasonable, I hear a lot of good things about the BAMBOO Tablets. They and the Cintiq are both made by WACOM, so I imagine you will get similar quality.

From my experience over the years and recommendations from professional artists out there, the best and cheapest drawing tablet is Intuos Manga.

It's only _100USD.

By the way, I also use Intuos Manga as my first choice of digital art tools.

What does the Intuos Manga has over the standard one? My first reaction is to think that it's just there to trick weebs.

I'm told the touch capabilities of the Intuos Pen & Touch is not much useful. What do you guys think? Am I going to regret getting a model without it?

I looked it up again and I'm still having trouble finding any authoritative information, but this picture on the Amazon product page suggest that the main difference is the software. I have no use for the software (I'm going to use Krita), so whichever is cheaper I guess.

Oh, but now it seems Wacom refreshed the Intuos line and introduced a bunch of different flavors again. Sigh...

I have a Huion 580, works fantastically on windows, alright on linux. Wacom branded tablets work as well on linux as this does on windows.
