Spooky's House of Jump Scares is a free to play, first person horror exploration game by Lag Studios. Updates are still being released for this game as of this post, with over 500+ rooms available to ~~run from~~ explore. The game was first released on October 8th, 2014, and has had continuous updates since.

Can you survive 1000 rooms of cute terror? Or will you break once the cuteness starts to fade off and your running for your life from the unspeakable hideous beings that shake and writhe in bowels of this house? They wait for you, they wait and hunger for meeting you. They long to finally meet you and show you how flexible your skin can be after it has soaked in blood. Will you brave this journey, will you set to beat the impossible, the insane, and the incorporeal?

This game is now available on Steam, and an update just rolled out for the release of all 1000 rooms + 2 different endings.

Kiss of Death

Downloaded it like a week ago cause Spooky's voice is qt as fuck. Didn't play it yet tho, but seeing as it's out of Early Access, I might give it a go.
