Hey I was wondering how well you understand other north germancic languages, speaking Norwegian as you do. I am deliberating picking one up, since I had the chance to learn a bit of Swedish when I trekked in Sarek last summer-

im swedish and i understand norwegian but not danish (at least not spoken)

When written i understand both swedish and danish. When spoken it depends on the accents. Norwegain and danish is almost the same when you come to writing it, but when spoken we get some barriers. I understand swedish better than danish when spoken to for example but that again depends on accents. Like someone living in southern norway might be able to understand danish better than swedish. I hope this makes sense as i'm really tired and about to head to bed.
