After a weekend of sleepless nights and staring at walls, I finally feel at peace with myself. I feel, I needed those days to mourn the loss of a family I never had. Once I saw how they treated me in earnest, I've done my best to cut them out.

Ahh, I am so, so happy to finally be done with this week... Like, four outta five have been migraines for me. It's the worst!
Well, not really. Today was actually pretty good! I thought I was in hot water yesterday for fainting for an hour due to my migraines, my boss let me off easy and I made it up today. [ I suppose it helps that I wrote a professional and genuinely-apologetic email. ] ... What really surprised me, though, was that I actually had a positive interaction with my co-workers today! True, most people take small talk as a given in their daily lives, but you can't compare your first take to their final cut! I'm just happy I've got an avenue towards
possibly befriending someone in my local area someday.

"... Righty then, that's more like it~." ✨
As far as this year goes, I'm actually feeling better than ever. I finally got that medicine I'd been deprived of!
For the moment, that is~. My migraine specialist was crafty enough to slip me a few months' worth of sample pens off the books. Until we finally get that appeal through, every day's gonna be a constant back-and-forth to check on it.
You know what, though? Right now, I don't even care. I've finally got my life back. And damn, does it feel good... ^~^

I sleep 9h30 per night lately and still wake up tired, can't get motivated to do any work and teenage gyno shows no signs of improvement. I'm getting tired of waiting on doctors to not care, will probably self medicate.

Having similar issues with regards to sleep the past few months. I sleep well during times I excercise regularly but I'm a lazy bum so that doesn't always happen.

How do you deal with it? I find Sleep as Android app helps with tracking sleep, smart alarm (can wake you up to 30mn before your alarm if it detects you are in a light sleep phase) which is really good but I don't always use the tracker and the "go to sleep" reminder.
The graphs are depressing though, if I wake up early one day for any reason and I went to sleep late, sleep defficit increases by the amount it took me 3 or 4 days to decrease. I've only been in the green the first few days of use.
On that note, I should probably stop coffee, but I really enjoy brewing it and at work it serves as break time with colleagues while being really cheap. Writing that down exposes quite some flaws, I'll probably make an action plan later today.

I don't deal with it thaaaat well. I cut down on coffee in afternoon and now drink tea instead, I also started going to bed earlier and at more regular times. And yeah, excercise is really the main thing helping me. I sleep really well on the days I went for a jog so I try to do that a 2-3 times a week. I think for me personally my sleeplessness is mostly related to back issues from sitting at my PC all day, so it makes sense that excercise would help.
Conversely I also realized that worrying about and analyzing my sleep patterns had an adverse effect on my sleep quality (like if I'd wake up during the night I would immidiately worry about not getting enough sleep). So these days I mainly try to go to bed early enough (~0.5-1h before having "to sleep"), grab a good book or sth. and let my body to sort out the rest.

My mood has been in a weird place the last month or so. Just dealing with how I feel about other people and just managing school and my future put me in a strange spot where I had to evaluate my life in a way I haven't before. Luckily, I'd say I'm out of it, since it wasn't the best place during the time, but I was able to figure some things out. Plus my job has been decent, it's still a job but I've come to like it, it's just Subway.

Eeeeee... Does "worn down" count as a mood~? It's nearly the second whole month of this mess, constant daily migraines. I'm tired of feeling like my head is on fire. Wish the damn insurance company would process the appeal for my meds already...
Otherwise, I've spent most of the days sleeping. Nnnh... >~<'

I'm excited, honestly. So excited, I can't even sleep.
Finally, after two months of pain and misery, I've managed to secure a lifeline for those meds I've been missing. That'll last me as long as I need.
I feel...
peaceful, at heart. Hopeful, for the first time in months. I'm glad to be back at it... <3
