It starts off as light ecchi-for-lolicons but turns into something that really peers deeply into emotions I haven't seen reflected in any other manga. Beautiful.

Fancy that. You know, I always reckoned there was something substantial past the surface, and I'm a huge fan of mature stories involving lolicons. I think I'll be swashbuckling it later today. ^^

Runway de Waratte is sooooooooo good but they haven't translated since September!! I love it so much and I just want to keep reading it. If anyone is interested it will be getting an anime too!

I just also finished a manga that only had 14 chapters but it was basically the same story as Sakura Trick xD. Sakura Trick was too long imo, and this one was just alright but it was short and sweet, and had some super cute stuff! I already forgot the name of it lol

Been binge reading trough Bloom into You recently, a very nice yuri highschool romance that, I think, has recently gotten an anime adaption (that's how I became aware of it).

There is no unnecessary drama in this one, the characters are simply decent human beings who care about each other but are sometimes unsure how to communicate their feelings. The depiction of the main girl obviously falling in love with the other girl chapter by chapter, while not realizing it herself, is super satisfying to read and feels completely natural.

Just all in all a very sensually written romance story. The bits of insights and life advice sprinkled throughout make it even better.

    10/10 I'm into yuri now.

I'm going to start reading this when I get the chance, seems right up my alley and my brother told me to read it too

I actually read a lot of Bloom Into You when I was going through my yuri phase. It was a very beautiful manga imo, and I'm glad to hear that it got an anime adaptation. I think I'll read it soon since I think it's already ended.

It's made for you then. DO IT.

As for me, about a third of the way through Parasyte now. Love these big silly teeth.

Heheheheh, I did, love! I watched the first episode of the TV series. It was quite nice, I'll be watching the rest soon, and maybe reading it once I'm through some VNs. ^^

Also... Holy hecc, those are some massive chompers. Dude's got some real nice hair, though.

Finally finished Yagate Kimi ni Naru. It was really nice, but it reminded me of how lonely I am.

    I'm rooting for you!

Ahh, I just binged through that. Absolutely outstanding Manga. Bonus points for making me actually curious about fashion shows. Hadn't expected that.

I also picked up Nicola Traveling Around the Demon's World, an adorable little fantasy adventure. Nicola is so cute!

Was anyone around for that whole fiasco about Gal Cleaning? I have no idea what was going through the artist's mind, but I'm tempted to read it myself...

Everytime I read Grand Blue I just get this craving to go out and get shitfaced drunk. It's stupid but never trashy, every gag is meticously set up, this Manga is peak comedy, a 10/10 masterpiece.

I recently read a bit of "I Reincarnated into an Otome Game as a Villainess With Only Destruction Flags..." which was surprisingly decent (dat title though.... uu). Got any recommendations?

Sorry for late reply! Yeah, I love the manga you mentioned, it's gotta be my top so far. As for recommendations.. hmmm, a lot of them are still very early in their translation releases, so just letting you know about that. Here's my list so far:
    • Virtues of the Villainess
    • The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass
    • Death is the Only Ending for the Villainess
    • The Banished Villainess! Living the Leisurely Life of a Nun Making Revolutionary Church Food
    • I'm not a villainess!! Just because I can control darkness doesn't mean I'm a bad person!
These are pretty good! I like the top three the most. That's just my opinion though, and you'll definitely notice a pattern in these, but if you don't mind that, then I recommend trying out as much as you can :)

One of my favourite fantasy mangas right now is Delicious in Dungeon. It's basically a manga about dungeon crawling, with the main characters cooking some kind of dish from the monstes they slay in the dungeon each chapter. At the beginning one might think that this series has nothing more to offer than this cooking "gimmick", but it's actually alot deeper than that. The worldbuilding (arguably the most important thing about a fantasy series) is pretty solid with lots of details about the dungeon "ecosystem" and how society might adapt to the presence of a dungoen. As the series progresses the story get's pretty intruiging with the main characters delving deeper into the dungeon and slowly uncovering it's secrets.
