What kind of PC games do you play?

As for me, I usually stick to Time Management, and Hidden Object games. Those two types are my favorite kind to play. They have some pretty good cooking time management games, and since I love food I always check those out first, lol. Although I did enjoy Life Story which is a game where you get to choose a guy or a girl and make them balance work life, school life, hobbies, an apartment, and other stuff that we do in our everyday life. I got addicted to playing that game, lol. What kind of PC games do you usually enjoy playing?

I really like Survival Horror games like Alien Isolation and The Long Dark as well as Strategy/Simulation like Pandemic Inc. Also I love how Steam has a lot of old-school games like Ecco the Dolphin, Roller Coaster Tycoon, and Sonic the Hedgehog available so I can relive my childhood :)

    MMORPG, I'm a typical cuntfag.
    FPSes aren't bad I only own CS:GO.

    I love MMOs, there's just something fun about improving your character in a large world along with thousands of other real players, now if only we could put ourselves into the world like SAO. :_;

I rarely play single player games tbh. Main games I play are World of Warcraft, Osu!, DayZ, ARMA 2/3, Diablo III, CS:GO surf.

I love games with lots of action, but also ones that challenge you - my fav right now being Dark Souls :)
  • Akko 04-15-2016, 03:06 AM
Use to play lots of mmos but now just pokemon and sims 3

In my experience, the best games are the ones that really let me get invested into the personal struggles of the characters. Or alternatively, in case they don't have a story (like the Total War titles), the ones that let me fill in the gaps with my overactive imagination. XCOM and Overwatch are great in the former regard, but TW and especially Civ are amazing because of the alternate histories you create as the game plays out.

Overwatch and used to play GTA until the new update that requires like 70 dollars irl to buy a car.
  • MAUSJAUS 12-21-2016, 03:00 AM
    Garfield Kart.
  • GlassMoon 12-21-2016, 03:58 AM
Currently mostly Civ 5 and I'm trying to into Touhou but I might be too casual for it.

Mostly I like to play any RPG or MMO because I like to see myself level up or set goals to find or buy a new item i.e sword sheild spells whatever *cough* *cough* grind

As of right now I still play Runescape (level 63) and I play Spiral Knight a lot now just beat one of the final bosses although had to use 16 extra lives I have 30 I so bad and he too hard plus I play alone and end levels are mean for 4 player team :( lol

Although I still play shooters like TF2 and Payday 1...well kinda goes back to no one plays anymore lol

RTS, ARPGs, MOBAs, or rhythm games. And a bite of management.
You know. Starcraft 2, Diablo 3 RoS, DOTA 2, DJ Max Technika Tune, at times RimWorld.

Used to play osu! in the past and some shooters like CSGO or Overwatch. I still sometimes touch the latter two, but only sometimes.

I'm really kind of an all-around guy when it comes to PC games; shooters, city building, grand strategy, adventure RPG, you name it. Since I have such a large library I usually cycle through them depending on what I'm in the mood for. A fast-paced , intense game is fun and all but there are times when I like to play a less involved more, laid back game.

    That can't be real. Right?

Dude, they've got microtransactions in Halo. At this point, anything goes.

Well, yeah, microtransactions are pretty much a given nowadays. It was the price tag that had me in disbelief. Seventybux seems just a bit steep for a single purchase.

Visual novel. Usually I prefer VN from Nyan Nyan. SF VN is also good.
  • Apophany 12-21-2016, 09:47 PM
Pretty much all survival horror and co-op games. I'm not a very competitive person, but I will occasionally play something like Overwatch if I have a friend to play with.
  • bpseudopod 12-25-2016, 09:39 PM
I mostly play roguelikes. It helps that most of them have very low system requirements so I can play them on my toaster.
  • Starfola 02-25-2017, 11:56 PM
I like mostly competitive games or games with a rank system/leaderboard since I'm always trying to be the highest I can be.
  • Aiai 02-26-2017, 03:01 PM
I generally go for things that put you on equal footing with the enemy, so whether you win or lose is more about teamwork & skill rather than how much grinding you've done.

I tend to play CS, OW, LoL, DotA but I play other things sometimes.
  • floattube 02-26-2017, 03:33 PM
I've been playing Dying Light a lot with my friends, and I gotta say even though it's a zombie game (which I usaully loathe) it's one of the best co-op experiences I've had.
  • COUPLED WITH U 02-26-2017, 11:53 PM
    RUNESCAPE
