Swashbuckling games has never been easier, but how's about Steam Workshop mods? Luckily, the community's gotcha covered. You do hafta to learn how to install 'em yourself, but I'd reckon most consummate pirates would rather spend a few hours' Googling than $40, $60, even $200+ spare cash.

Just make sure you use this one. The other site (with the black background) threw up red flags when it said I'd have to install their own custom userscripts via GreaseMonkey. >>'

You know, of all the sites I thought I'd encounter whilst trawling the internet, I never imagined I'd run into a frequently-updated wiki for anime bath scenes.

They're also associates with a barefoot scene wiki, and both are reasonably comprehensive too. Must say, I approve.

Cryin' shame that mixtape.moe just up and vanished. Imgur doesn't seem to like mobile uploads, so I was using it for roleplaying while at work.

Looks fine on my end! And there's always catbox.moe and 0x0.st if it doesn't work.

Seems like somebody took the trouble to completely recreate the PS1 Serial Experiments Lain game in the form of a website. There's a simple About page that gives more background on the game and how it should be played. I haven't personally gone through it yet but I can vouch for the quality of the content as I've seen all the cutscenes from the game and found them to be comparable in tone to the original anime. The site certainly has the proper aesthetics going for it.

I found a site lists all the "boorus" you can go to by popularity that isn't just limited to Danbooru and Safebooru, almost all of them aren't SFW, but you can try going there and see it for yourself. Every single one of them has its own way of what content can be posted but one thing they all share in common are the content ratings on every tagged image. Some names are even weird, funny or containing the more controversial ones like furry.

Kinda sad that mixtape.moe is closing down tomorrow. It seems like every pomf clone or its derivatives invariably get swamped with cheese pizza.

Extremely unfortunate this happens. And I wish I could advise a solution, but I've never run a service like that so how does one really prevent people from abusing the service? If they're abusing it they probably have the smarts to get around whatever bans or restrictions are applied to them. Seems rough. Really shitty that scum have ruined yet another good service.

A CP detection algorithm? Though that would require a crapload of it to train on :/

Not cheese pizza, but it can be several factors:

-Negligence of the hoster keeping the service tidy, whether or not provided with paid donations and some of them lacking transparency of changes
-Virus scans detected suspicious or malicious activity
-The services is simply unreliable in the long term, that's why your browser has an encrpytion icon as a lockpad to the left of the URL that changes to know whether the site you're visiting is secure or not
    -Too many DMCA reports
    -Outdated domain type

Yes, all of these little clones including the original up to this point is confirmed gone and there are no alternatives to find them. The only best place I can put my self-created images reliably is through Imgur.

Keeping the service tidy is pretty difficult when dealing with such a large amount of storage and bandwidth - costs stack up.

Malware i honestly think is the downloader's responsibility to check for.

I'm not sure what HTTPS has to do with the site's reliability. All that says is that the connection is encrypted and your computer trusts that the server is what it says it is.

Don't host in the USA if you don't want DMCA reports.

    What's wrong with the domain?

There are still catbox.moe and 0x0.st!

I've been using lambda.sx for uploading images for quite some time and it seems pretty stable
Looks like requiring an account is surprisingly effective at weeding out the malware uploaders

Saw this site and its forum on a video. It's a spooky cryptic thing, theres apparently over 100k pages on the site and new ones are created all the time even though the original person who registered it is apparently deceased. So that indicates there are multiple people in control of the website,

Not so much the website, but rather the software that's hosted there: LeDimmer is a tiny Windows app that lets you essentially "Turn off the lights".

I tell ya, it comes in real handy when you're trying to play classic visual novels. Check it out here. ^^ - https://sites.google.com/site/llemarie/ledimmer

You can now play a 2020 U.S. election simulator game purely for fun from 270toWin. It's also one of many U.S. politics sites you can keep tabs on what's going on in the States.

On the interactive map, you make your own election predictions on who is going to win next year's presidency just by clicking on any state to change color properties along with a few other features, then you can share and embed it with others when you're done, it's that simple.

U.K. fake news but in a meme-ish way, checked it anyway, not worth my time.

A new avatar generation site can make more accurate depictions of waifus than makegirls.moe is now here. A site acts like a convenient digital vending machine to generate exactly the girl you want, and even one like it exists in real life! It even goes two steps further, the first sub-step of the fourth step adds in a Japanese name that you can embed into your email (if you have one) so it won't be discarded, you don't have to do it as an option. The second sub-step of the fourth step if you want to snuggle with your new custom girl in bed, in slumber parties or use it for your postal stamp, you have to pay up in real money (only ships in U.S., Canadian, and Japanese addresses) if that’s the case. Otherwise, you can freely download finished images you made to your own computer without penalty. Even as technology in GAN has upped a notch, it still deals the problem with not including the option to generate husbandos unlike makegirls.moe save for the rare chance of generating traps.

Upon clicking Meet your Dream Waifu button for only the first time, it gives you a 4-step user-friendly tutorial on how the new process will work, and if you are still in the process of making one, it remembers your current work upon revisiting it unless you cleared your cache or restarted. For each refresh while still on the site, it dynamically generate up to 16 girls, you are training the site's AI by choosing the character that was already generated to give them color parameters (it may not be always what you want), fine-tune it with a variety of appearance options, and polish it up with a pose of your choice. Choosing poses also affects their outfit wearing style and personality too, as they are randomized. Even with this upgrade, you can still end up with flaws where some generated characters in the grid act strange, messed up clothing/accessories, wrong skin tone, twisted hair, or their cup size falling out of proportion, but it is getting there. Two new buttons allow users to go back a step or even restart at any stage of creation.

The three big annoyances you have to deal with is the intro (unless you like to make your eyes dizzy from staring at the endless scrolling of random waifus), the second is that after you make your final choices is that the site puts a watermark on the lower left corner of every avatar you make that you will have to crop it. There is also no penalty for removing the watermark through manual cropping because you made and downloaded the images solely by yourself. Lastly, avatar sizes tend to be double than the 200x200 maximum if you want to resize it down to fit better with your new profile pic. I will definitely going to use this over makegirls.moe by ditching it, and it is worth checking it out. :)
