Hottest yet creepiest visual novel I've ever experienced.
Watch this in the dark at 3am and you not be able to fap,
hell you might not be able to fap no matter when you watch it.

    I fapped a lot, though.

    Any fans?

    nice thread kyon.

i tried to get into it but failed to. I'm not a huge VN person though, might give it another shot.

If you enjoy lovecraftian lore, Saya no Uta is really good. It also has such pretty artwork. It was one of the first Nitro+ titles to make it's way over to North America, and for good reason, it has a huge cult following.

Kyon made the Saya no Uta thread on LF, and was fanboying it when he made it. Was just a reference bro chill out.

When I first played Saya No Uta, I had no idea that it had porn in it. So when I ended up running into the porn I wasn't sure whether I wanted to continue or not.

Certainly creepy, but a good game. Do not recommend if you have a weak stomach.

I've only played a few VNs, but this one haunts my imagination even after only playing it once.

Without giving away too many spoilers, it also plays with the medium of VNs in far as how the story is told to a degree. I like it when VNs do this well and show how they are unique as a medium as opposed to simply a LN with pictures. Ever17: The Out of Infinity is probably the best at doing this that I've read, but Saya no Uta is close.

You know, I'd really fancy a good horror story as of late. I think you've convinced me to give this one a try. ^^

I played it a couple of years ago and remember really enjoying it. It's one of the very few VNs I've played too. Undeniably twisted but very charming.

VNs in general never really stuck with me though... I don't really care for the visuals all that much and without that I guess I'd just prefer to read a physical book.
