That's funny, usually most folks see it the other way around. What makes you say that, mate?

Yes

I'm known as the quiet guy at my work and I spend all my spare time online pretty much.
I had a hard time in school due to always wanting to be alone.
If someone has the same strange intrests as me I probs would talk to people IRL.

I can chat with other people if they're the one to initiate it. Consequently it's still not uncommon for me to spend an entire weekend with little to no face-to-face interactions with others.

That's what I meant by most people beying weird, I meant we don't share the same strange interests

I kind of was in the states. My job enabled me to by working from home on a computer during night shifts (teaching English to kids in China). But I ate out regularly and had no anxiety in those kind of situations, plus I had one IRL friend I often hung out with so it seems like too strong a term.

Not as much in Japan. Not only do I have school and work but there's great stuff to do here for an otaku who can speak the language! But I still am kind of a loner, always have been.
