Been busy due to work for the past year and haven't had much time for anime.

I've looked at the line up for this season and I'm currently watching: Norn9: Norn+Nonet and Prince of Stride Alternative.

Anything else I should be watching this season?

I have a whole month of vacation to fill up with some anime so I wouldn't mind recommendations from past seasons too.

Yeah, I really only watch one anime every season because there are plenty of really good anime that I have yet to see that are older.
erased is one of the anime I'm watching.

Seconded. Haven't enjoyed a show like Erased in a long time.

Erased is definitely anime of the season so far like everyone's said. Kono Suba has also been a pleasant surprise, especially if you're familiar with the mmo/rpg genre. It takes the whole "stuck in an mmo world" genre that's been popular lately and has fun with it. Definitely not a show to take too seriously. I'm also loving Utawarerumono, but with the caveat that you'll get the most out of it if you watch the first season first (even though you technically don't have to), and the pacing can be a bit weird. Also, Akagami no Shirayuki-hime has its second season airing right now, and I'd highly recommend going back for the first season if you like romance that actually starts to go somewhere. I should also mention Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu. It has a slower pace to it than the others, but if you're okay with that, the story and characters are pretty solid, plus it'll introduce you to the fascinating world of rakugo.
