Y'know, I really oughta start paying more attention to fashion. Maybe I'll go buy some hip, trendy clothes-

Neither. I generally wear a t-shirt to represent one of my favorite organizations, brands, causes, etc., and wear slacks. As far as footwear goes, converse only.
I normally wear slacks, maxini collezione being my favorite kind, but seldom wear jeans. Not my thing. How weird, I wear a hoodie, t-shirt, slacks, and converse. But that's pretty much my daily outfit.

I own nothing of either Adidas or Nike. Or any sort of "sports" brand for that matter.

Does Redbubble count?
My favorite shirts are my movie and tv series shirts.
Pants don't really matter as long as they are nice.

I usually just wear girly girl shirts and danskin shorts from walmart. I guess you could say those are my favorite. My favorite shoes are Nike, though.

I think the last time I bought clothes new was in high school. I don't really pay attention to brands at all, I just buy clothes at thrift stores.

I hate to sound like a complete snob, but while it isn't a particular "brand" so to speak, I have come to form a very strong affinity for military surplus clothing.

Yes, it sounds very odd, but there's certainly reason to give it credence.

Many of these garments, mainly outerwear and shirts, were designed with maximum comfort and functionality in mind, and come in a wide range of sizes to suit the needs of potential wearers. Some countries (like the US) have more "standard" sizes, I'll admit, but other European countries (like France and Germany) have sizes based on your overall height, and chest size - making for a nearly tailored fit.

The best part is, surplus by nature is sold at hilariously low prices, and oftentimes for new or like-new condition items. Barring the occasional weird odor from decades of storage, most of these pieces are ready to go, and need little care as they were designed to last for many years. Another plus is the fact that a great deal of modern fashion is based around "military" styled clothing, so there's the added joy of knowing you own the real thing, while others are paying nearly tenfold for a trendy imitation.

Still skeptical? Take a look for yourself! The Finns are my go-to place for all my winter / cold weather needs, and they just introduced $8 shipping to the US. Of course, this is just one of several great online stores - many brick-and-mortar surplus stores still exist.

This Czech M85 parka was one of my first purchases, and is still the first thing I reach for when the temperature drops far below zero - it doesn't look too bad either!

I don't own any military surplus pieces but hell yeah they look and feel great. I've been looking into buying an Alpha Industries MA-1 flight jacket or the same jacket but in a slim fit. Despite the hate, I'm really digging Kanye West's fashion line too, since it's very military inspired.

Alpha makes good MA-1's for fashion wear, but unfortunately I cannot attest to the quality of owning an original one - despite them being one of the initial contractors for both the MA-1 and M65.
