Ahh yeah, I know that kinda show. And then there's the amazing manga/LN adaptation you don't want to end, so you ration out the episodes, don't watch the ending, or simply stop watching it altogether.

I've seen a couple of series that ran like that: Steins;Gate, Oreimo, Kyoukaisenjou no Horizon; just off the top. Perhaps I'm saving them for a rainy day? :p

I've needed something to lighten my mood, so recently I've been watching mid-2000's ecchi anime like Sekirei.

It's kinda like comfort food, y'know? All those familiar characters and girls I used to have crushes on; all that gorgeous animation and turn-your-brain-off sorta plot; the nostalgia is real. It may not do much for the mind, but I've found it's good for the soul. ^^

Watching Kubikiri Cycle: Aoiro Savant to Zaregototsukai

Nisio Isin + Shaft again, visually fantastic and the mistery is pretty intriguing.
Maybe will go for something spooky when I finish.

Made in Abyss. It gives off this sense of adventure and exploration that's gotten me quite hooked. I've only watched up to where the plot actually starts moving along so I'm pretty excited to see the whole thing unfold.

I never watched The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya when it was airing and that's my mistake now that I'm catching up. Though I never watched more than an episode or two back then I remember how much of an instant meme show it became online so it remains very nostalgic. The feeling of that show is precious enough that it almost hurts to watch... an experience I always seem to have with these things of my youth.

Gave Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon a try. Wasn't too fond of the first episode but I'm really loving it now.

Kekkai Sensen. Wasn't sure I'd enjoy it, but after watching it I'm hooked. Two days and I'm caught up. I hate waiting for new episodes, but it gives me something to look forward to I guess.

Decided to cave in and watch Re:Zero. Gotta say it's better than I was expecting.
