Probably Elfen Lied or Eiken.

Although Eiken is more of "It's so bad I don't believe it. You have to see it"

while Elfen Lied is just plain dumb. Oh god how dumb.

I hated Absolute Duo, not that I usually hate Harem and Ecchi stuff, but because it was full of cliches and had a really dumb "story", and the art wasn't that good, it was pretty bad, and I couldn't like one of those girls. So I dropped almost at the end, but still... It's the worst Anime I've seen so far.

For me it's either Sailor Moon or School Days can't decide which is worse.

Many, many choices.

So I watched half of the first episode of Ikkitousen... Gorgeous girls, shit show. The MC was an exceptional milquetoast, the characters and backgrounds were excessively plain, the animation was flaccid; yet despite being a panty-fighter series, the fanservice in the anime was incredibly light. A pantyshot here, an underboob there, a little shading to highlight a character's curves... and that's it. Don't believe me? See for yourself!

I can say with surety that I would've had a better time watching a slideshow of fanservice shots from the manga.

I wouldn't exactly call those shows good, but they do have strong points.
I mean, every season gives us at least one anime that is absolute garbage, so half-bad anime are far from "the worst".

There are a few that I've powered through despite disliking them, but Akame ga Kill was one of the ones I actually dropped.

I didn't like Mekakucity Actors. I found the story rather difficult to follow, resulting in the later episodes making almost no sense. It does have a nice soundtrack though.

I agree with Charlotte and Plastic Memories. Plastic Memories at least had the decency to be shitty enough to drop from the first few episodes, but I saw Charlotte to the end because it just couldn't decide whether it wanted to be a good show or a stinking pile of turd, eventually settling on the latter with the last few episodes. Given more episodes, it probably could have been much better but that was abyssmal pacing for a show that only ran for one cour. They should never let Maeda do a one cour show again, seeing as he still hasn't learned from his mistakes.

Haven't seen Chuu Bra, so no comment on that one.

I would say Himegoto anime was pretty disappointing, especially considering that I had been looking forward to it for quite some time before it was released.

All of this is true, but still. There's shittone of anime that's so much worse.

True, but Charlotte stands out to me as particularly bad because it's one of the anime I dislike that I actually watched to the end. It also doesn't help that all the elements for a great show were right there, the sloppy way the show made use of them just made it particularly disappointing.

Shugo Chara.
Picked it up because it had Hello! Project OP's and ED's but then dropped because it's shitty as fuck.
Also Hetalia, the whole thing is fucking retarded.

Probably Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad. Just how retarded the main characters were was enough to make me hate it but, the poor pacing, reams of filler and anticlimactic slide-show ending really just sealed the deal. It was the most frustrated I had ever been in my life. I hated how the MC just let all of this bad shit happen to him, react by telling lies to the people trying to help him and then still come out the other side as a fucking teenage rockstar without fixing the problem. The main love interest, despite clearly being into the MC from a very early stage, dances around for 22 episodes for no reason even when other women try to make a move and then makes it out like it's his fault. Let's not even get started on the weird stolen guitar sub-plot.

If we're talking quality, Garzey's Wing would be the obvious choice. But that show's hilariously enjoyable and fun.

If we're talking shows that had actual people working on then, Mirai Nikki/Future Diary. No doubt.
