I'm keeping up with The Gamer (sadly) and Tokyo Ghoul:re every week with a bunch of other ones trailing behind. The Gamer was pretty good early on but it's gotten boring and stale, on the other hand, Tokyo Ghoul has been keeping me interested every week for months. I've been trying to find other interesting weeklies to keep up with but I just keep getting stuck in the hell that is monthly releases.

I'm only still reading The Gamer because I am still hopeful that the author will get back to the action and reveal more systems, The Gamer fanfiction is where it's at, really.

The lack of people not reading Hinamatsuri is disturbing.
It's one of the best comedy mangos out there, and has solid characters that develop throughout the series. Sure the artwork may not be the best (sadly it's not endearingly bad like ONE's art), but the writing more than makes up for it.
Hell, I'm willing to say that the comedy is better than Cromartie High and Daily Lives of High School Boys. Where else will you find scenes where a daughter convinces her "adopted" yakuza father to take her to a cabaret club?

Or find a manga where its comedy comes from watching characters waste away from hunger, seeing the MC almost getting killed by his fellow yakuza, etc.?

Tl;dr Hinamtsuri needs more love

Only problem is that between Norway and the new scanlator this series doesn't get enough updates.

My copy of the Azumanga Daioh Omnibus arrived today so I'm going to be reveling in that for a few days.

I actually finished the whole thing in one sitting this one time. It took about six hours, but it was easily one of the highlights of my summer, not to mention a damn fine read.

Yuretsuzukeru aka Keep On Vibrating by Jiro Matsumoto.

Really strange stuff, but facsinating in its grotesquerie. Stuff like this is just up my alley because compared to anime it shows how much freedom doujin manga artists can have to make really strange, dark stories.
