This is a thread dedicated to the heavy music lovers of lewd. I love the band Make Them Suffer because of the symphonic effects that are in their songs, and the amount of emotion in the vocals.
Post your favorite bands/songs.

Thank you to all staff of lewd for keeping up with such an amazing site.

This song heavily reminds me of BMTH. Which just so happens to be one of my favorites in the genre.

As for me... when I feel lighter I like to listen to Rise Against or Pierce The Veil (mainly playing osu but anyway). The rest of the times I find myself addicted to In Flames, Bring Me The Horizon and some single songs of random bands, such as Raunchy's Remembrance or Godsmack's Straight Out Of Line.

I used to like old BMTH a lot. Count Your Blessings will always be my favorite album by them. Suicide Season wasn't too bad. I hated everything after that though.

I think he strayed away from his constant screaming because it was just burning down his throat, you can see it at every concert. I agree with you but I still quite enjoyed Sempiternal Album.

Yeah it is why. He didn't know to scream properly and he fucked up his throat.
His fry screams were fucking outrageous. I just don't like them much anymore because they're a fan girl band.

Considering I got to know BMTH via a female friend of mine, I can tell. Though I'm with lyrin, Sempiternal was great. And it's not the case of 'screaming properly' as even the more 'professional' screamers stop doing it after a while. It's tough on the throat.

Well tbh, the concerts I've seen the audience didn't follow along that well, to give him to rest in between screams. And despite not being that good at it and probably having his throat burning like hell he still kept going.

And yeah I know what you might, went from a sort of unknown band to just fangirls over Oliver and Hannah. Same ones that probably drool over Austin Carlile from Of mice & men.

Yeah I used to like Of Mice And Men back in the day. Then a bunch of girls in my school starting going googly eyes over Austin and got Merch and shit. I'm just waiting for them to go to Oceans Ate Alaska. :c

But he wasn't screaming properly and he even admitted to that lol. It got tough on his throat after 1 album? so he had to be doing something wrong. he was about 17, so he probably wasn't sure to do it properly s:

I am a huge fan of Parkway Drive. Seeing them in October! Last time I saw them was back in 2012 when they were doing the Atlas Tour around Australia and just so happen to be seeing them for the IRE Tour.

I don't mind August Burns Red, Northlane (have to listen to their new album which was released this past Friday) and a few others I can't seem to name right now.

I am open to suggestions to any bands people like!

Glad to see Slipknot getting some love! Music wise, people like to discredit them for being too popular but also metal (you're not allowed to be both). Aside from the, I love a ton of heavy bands. Horse the Band is outstanding, I used to really dig Dir En Grey, Meshugga are the base masters, Black Dalahila Murder, Battle Cross, Amon Amarth, Rammstein... Okay, I'm nerding out hardcore right now....

Here's an older one from Amon Amarth... I had a tough time deciding.... BTW most metal songs sound like poop on crappy laptop speakers. Crank that shit on a quality system if you can!
