[suggestion] Stickied guides + resources in their respective forums

To be more specific, this could apply to the following forums and disciplines: Technology (programming, web development, hardware), Graphics (graphic design, art, image manipulation), Music (diy, relevant software).

I think this would foster a more industrious community (not that this site doesn't already have talented individuals), and may increase activity on their respective forums (if for instance, someone reads a guide on figure drawing and is motivated to draw and consequently post their attempts).

Points against this: The information in these threads may repeat the information on other sites, i.e. the chans (this is perhaps a moot point, as people might be unaware or unexposed to such resources), and of course people have to actually take the time to put such threads together.

Anything to foster this kind of stuff I am behind and might be worth a trial period, but I think too much partitioning might lead to various problems
