Political parties (at least in our country) completely avoiding what to do with the endless stream of foreigners because they fear to be labeled as racist

I'm concerned by how people in the UK seem generally content with:
  • how our government would love nothing more than to slowly chip away at our privacy and civil liberties
  • how our government talks of a weak economy, and that a state of austerity is necessary to bring it back up, all while having seemingly unlimited bomb-dropping funds

mass surveillance, migrants, overpopulation, and political correctness

mass surveillance is a problem because everyone has a right to privacy, regardless of whether or not a country's laws allow it

migrants are a problem because of the incredible numbers flooding into countries all over europe and the inaction of governments

overpopulation is a problem because a lot of innocent people will die when we run out of resources

political correctness is a problem because it interferes with intelligent discussion and causes anyone who doesn't believe that a "trigendered squirrelkin omnisexual" is a real thing to be labelled as a racist bigot, even if they wholeheartedly support equal rights
i'm a little bitter about this one; can you tell?

People blaming national problems on religions or immigrants, and people assuming immigrants will bring a country's problems along with it.

But that's not a very popular opinion around here.

In reality, all he's doing is pushing the same buttons he always has, nothing has changed. The longer he spends here, the more invested he gets, the more he forgets which life is the real one.

I think my main issues at the moment are:
Climate change not being addressed enough
General conservation issues

Those are the ones that genuinely bother me on a somewhat daily basis. Other ones like the obsession with maintaining a weird perspective of equality and acceptance to the point where people are restricting logic and fact annoys me a little but that stuff always passes in favor of a new social fad.

Feel free to PM me if there is anything I can help with!
Also if you just want to talk I'm always available.

PROBLEMS CONCERNING...

The UK:
- Their police ignored the Muslim rape gangs in fear of being labelled "racist"
- The same is the case for their media, and David Cameron, although on a larger scale

Islam:
- The existence of ISIS
- Nobody ever addresses how Muslims enslaved blacks for centuries
- People being afraid to name the enemy
- Police putting up a $1000 reward to capture some guy who put bacon at a mosque, while nobody gives a shit about people in the middle east being killed in the streets because of their faith or lack thereof
- "Refugees" flooding western countries, and raping people (see: Cologne, New Year's Eve)
- Responsible for the death of 100,000,000+ people

Leftism (and some of its followers):
- Supports gay rights while at the same time supporting mass immigration of Muslims; Muslims (Qu'ran-believing ones, at least) hate homosexuals, and some are willing to push them off of buildings (see: ISIS, the middle east)
- Hellbent on mixing all races together (besides Jews, of course)
- Pushes for multiculturalism in the West, but not in Israel
- Tries to paint Christians as terrorists, while the abortion clinic bombings only killed a grand total of 8 people, and nobody is yelling "Jesus is great!" and/or beheading people or forcing anyone to convert; meanwhile Muslims kill innocents (even children) in the streets of the middle east
- Supports abortion, which has killed 1,000,000,000+ people (although I'm fine if it occurs because of rape and/or incest, which is the cause of below 1% of all abortions)
- Supports affirmative action, which is objectively racist, since it raises people above others because of the color of their skin

The US:
- Constant attempts to undermine the 4th Amendment
- Rampant dishonesty among politicians

skipping the first couple because I have nothing to do with them

I'm not sure what this means. could you clarify a bit? are you talking about segregation?
> - Pushes for multiculturalism in the West, but not in Israel
because we're not Israel. they are allowed to do whatever the fuck they want as long as they are not violating basic human rights.
> - Tries to paint Christians as terrorists, while the abortion clinic bombings only

"only 8 people" - that's 8 people too many. I've never personally heard anyone say "all Christians are terrorists" or anything of the sort.
> - Supports abortion, which has killed 1,000,000,000+ people (although I'm fine if
> it occurs because of rape and/or incest, which is the cause of below 1% of all abortions)
1. they aren't people yet, they're just fetuses.
2. we already have a population issue (imo)
3. we don't need children growing up in poverty because someone was irresponsible.
4. it's the woman's body, they should be allowed to do whatever the fuck they want with it.
> - Supports affirmative action, which is objectively racist, since it raises people
> above others because of the color of their skin
I actually kind of agree with this one. the argument is generally "we're not raising them above us, we're raising them to equal levels" but really if you're giving preferential treatment to someone based on their skin color, whatever it is, that's racism.

yes

Capitalism, hedonism, environmental collapse, anti-intellectualism, identity politics(left and right), and governments taking over the internet. Lots of things to stress about.

-The rising contradiction of meritocratic principles in favour of false-equality and outreach (in academia and FOSS especially)
-The legal status of drawings in my country of residence and others
-The existence of `Google Ideas'
-The prevalence of the belief that exceptions to legislation regarding free speech aren't contradictory of its very definition

Among other things that I'll later discover make me grumpy

Well since I live in Australia, firearm ownership is a problem for me.
And I mean I want easier legal access to firearms, currently we have a very strict system regarding ownership of firearms, it feels like law abiding firearm owners are being treated as criminals while they do next to nothing to stop real criminals with illegal firearms.
The average Aussie thinks guns are "ZOMG ILLEGAL!!!11one" and if you own one you are a baby killing criminal.
I wonder how many people here will disagree with me.

Firearm laws are a hot-button topic here in the States as well. It isn't helped by the polarization of our parties: One side believes everyone should have access to them, the other says they should restrict public ownership of everything except peashooters. Excepting the unique disposition of the state of Vermont, the above views align with the "conservative" and "liberal" parties, respectively.

Personally, I would like to own and be trained in the operation of many different sorts of firearms when I get older. The gun has a special place in the American heart: It stands as a symbol for the fight against tyranny, the ruggedness of frontiers, and a readiness to stand up for what's right.

Hell, even my mother's got a leg up on me in this department. Before they emigrated, my mother and my grandfather would go rifle-hunting for tigers and black bears in the wilds of India.

The sex ed here in Chile is pretty much shit. They only teach like 3 topics. 1.- Babies come from the coochie and how to prevent it, 2.- Your coochie is sick and 3.- Don't let strangers touch your coochie.
I might sound like a cuck but when are we teaching about gender equality, violence, how to dismiss and have a good criteria regarding gender information, how to include and accept people with other sexual orientations and so on. Chile might be the most conservative country about sexual education in the world at the point that it ends up exploding in other ways like a teenage prengancy rate high af and people laughing at someone who said "Gay penis" on TV.

not much better here in america (at least where I live). they don't even teach you how to prevent it, they just say "never ever fuck anyone ever until you're married."

The sex education in the UK is pretty good IMO, at least compared to stories I hear from other places.
