I now have two fully functional chapters and a working transition into Chapter 3, with the first quarter of it taking place in a highly dangerous swampland as the transition zone before the third Zodiac Girl named Henmi residing in Askeyvania province. The project is coming along smoothly.

Henmi is the only oddball of the 'Zodiac Order' in my opinion because she's carrying twins in her womb, hence the classification of "the bearer of Gemini", but a local law in that province is trying to curtail the overpopulation problem at the expense of having a "childless" region for anyone under thirteen not wanting them to exist. Since Henmi's twin newborns are considered under thirteen, the mayor's guards will eliminate her carrying the twins within his jurisdiction unless the bill doesn't get to him somehow. So I put the main protagonist and the party (if any) on a two-way quest chain, to help her gather enough support to stop a corrupt mayor from enacting it or help her escape with the twins intact to neighboring Vushana which is south, due to the fact she can't fend off while pregnant. As with Liang, she cannot be romanced because it would put a strain on her body and the twins' future growth.

To me, she looks like this:

I arrived in Japan 3 months ago. It's not as hard as I envisioned, even the first few steps. I can pay for my utilities bills, rent a 6x4m^2 room, eat well although I do have to cook for myself and the menu is always just something chicken and whatever vegetable, but I mean, I'm always full, cover traveling cost, the occasional ice cream and snack and still have $200 left every month while also working part time 20 hours a week. I am fine. I think I'll continue to be fine. I'm relatively happy maybe not with my current job but that's understandable since I'm shit at Japanese but everything else is great.

I live close to Tokyo but not really Tokyo (40min by train) so it's not like I can visit Akihabara whenever I like but just going to a small bookstore in this rural area makes me happy. I was stuck in an old bookstore for hours for quite a few times. Manga is surprisingly cheap. I only have to spend $7 to buy all 24 volumes of Pandora Hearts from a second hand bookstore. It looks brand new though. The only thing that's holding me back from building a castle made out of manga is my living space. It's not really spacious by any mean.

All of the parts for my computer arrived on the 22nd, I stayed up that night trying to assemble my PC until 5:30AM. It went smoothly, I accidentally damaged the HD audio cable (pulled on it too hard), kinda sad but I can still plug my headphone directly into the motherboard. Got internet up and running on the 25th, it was an awkward 45 minute call to my ISP support center with me struggling to understand what they were trying to say but I got it to work in the end. I have never experienced faster internet in my life. Went from downloading at 1.5MB/s to 40. 40. 40/1.5 = 27. My mind was blown when I clicked on that "install" button of don't starve together on steam and in less than 20 seconds it was just... done. Finished. It's probably just normal internet for everyone here though.

Anyway, I can post on lewd while sitting on a chair, in front of a computer screen with my favorite mechanical keyboard again. Life is beautiful. That is, until I remember that Kyoani was on fire the other day. One of my teacher who is into anime keeps making examples and test questions related to the incident. I was so sad when I saw it on the news that my arms and shoulders just sagged and felt weak.

A lot of things happened but I feel like they aren't very interesting.

The U.S. election RP is a 3-user job minimum this time in order for the event to be balanced but still intense so that it doesn't bog down to just two of us, so I'll need another big helper, maybe having @Angel or @Rose to fill in the gap to keep things interesting. That way, if @Backlash happens not showing up unexpectedly, then my second helper will continue the event to make up for lost time. :)

Allow me to process a brief issue situation with @Backlash's Iowa for the 203X campaign from her home state as if I'm a journalist, which should help break the ice a bit to start the day.

Lucian: "Miss Iowa, what is your state's future potential for the inaugural year regarding seeing Cordelia go, and what can you expect from any of the new runners in this race, seeing as though your previous governor is now ready to leave is currently in Republican hands?"

Above: Democratic Senator Iowa pondering over her recent bill whilst a former president climbs up a table leg after another former president, and a dogfight in the background. On each side of her, there is a blue donkey spirit and a red elephant spirit representing her conflicting thoughts.
