The problem with this is that while I might be stupidly knowledgeable about some fields of computer science I'm also total ignorant in others, so unless I know more about the problem, I won't be able to say whether I'm can help or not.

I don't know much about Win10 though.

As Metod stated, it will be rather difficult to actually give you any guidance in regards to your problem, without you telling us more about what it is you require assistance with.
I'd be more than happy to help you out, as I do know a fair share about computers, however, it is impossible for us to just blindly guess what the problem is here.
If you desire any help or advice, please let us know what your problem is.

okay now i actually need help again

so now that i've fixed everything software wise, i have a hardware problem

all my nvidia drivers were deleted during the process, but now i can't reinstall them because my computer won't display anything with the gpu inside of it, but i can't install the drivers unless the gpu is inside

This is where having an onboard gfx chip would have helped you.

I'm honestly stumped so.

@RX14 @Asa @garett @Shiro @Rii

Hopefully one of them can help you.

What I don't understand is how your system doesn't have generic drivers that can at least display the basic shit.

>get a laptop with Win8.1 installed
>get Wi-Fi, modem, or any devices that connet to Internet
>turn Windows Update on
>automatic update frequently
>get Win10 offer
>apply offers
>turn Windows Update on
>automatic update frequently

PC status: OK.

If I had problems with drivers, Windows 10 usually fix it in update check. If isn't, check company that provide your PC. Mine is Acer, so whenever there are missing driver, I search it in it's website. And Intel Download Center is fine too.

Remove the GPU, install the GPU drivers with integrated graphics, then plug the GPU back in.

It's something nVidia does with their installer.

I'm not sure if there's a way to install the raw drivers without going through nVidia's utility, but you should be able to go into the bios and set onboard graphics as default, put the card back in, then be able to use onboard graphics to install the drivers, unless the computer literally doesn't start with the card installed.

Hello OP.
I don't want to sound like "that guy,"
but have you plugged in your Video output cable into the actual card below.
Also make sure you can see in the case, and when you first boot the system the fans should spin up real quick.
If it's a newer card the fans will stop right after it posts.
It might be quick so you might need to do it a couple of times.
Also if your card came with a DVI >> VGA I would use that on an old monitor to see if it will display.
Some cards are tricky when it comes to DP and HDMI.

Let me know if this helps.

I'll let the problem rest for now
