Currently on Episode 12 well now 13 and have no idea why I am still watching it. At the start it was for "lols" however now I see how pointless and annoying it is. I hardly ever drop a show so I got to finish it before the aids takes over.

Best character is: Akira Kogami because she is a pure savage.

IMO, Lucky Star is just one of those "you had to be there"-kinda shows. In brief, it was uproariously funny back in the day, but comes off as incredibly dated and dull once removed from the time it was made in.

I dunno, I found it pretty funny when I watched it...

You could say the same for Endless Eight. Debating whether or not this week's episode would break the cycle only to be greeted with Kyon watching baseball again must have been hysterical. Not so funny for those watching it years down the line.

It was cool at the time to have a show centered around an otaku before all the Umaru's and Tomoko's, but I can see how it would be pretty boring now.

Most of my enjoyment comes from watching the 240p Youtube clips from 2007 and going on a short nostalgia trip :3

Eh, different strokes I guess. Me, I usually only watch two or four episodes per week since I'm overworked and have the attention span of a gerbil, so I'd be fucking pissed if someone tried to pull that today.

Totally agreed that you should have watched it back in the days or... you must be a new weeb.

I'm going to share my ultimate shame itt. I was really into Haruhi years back, and I bought the season 2 box set for FIFTY DOLLARUS because I didn't know about nyaa or any of that stuff yet.

I nearly cried finishing that damn season.

The fourth iteration was where I gave up and skipped to the end of the loop. Endless Eight was something I knew about going into the show but I had been expecting there to be more variation to the episodes than just different clothing and camera angles. Though I do admire that KyoAni actually went through the trouble of reanimating and rerecording the same episode eight times.

i remember enjoying endless eight.. my mind was busy trying to memorize dialogues and scenes and to make a difference between episodes.. i wouldn't consider doing that again tho

Endless Eight was so pointless. In the light novel it is only one chapter. (At least in the American Release). I've never rewatched the second season of Haruhi just because I see little point to. I love the first season and I love all the light novels, however.

He has no style. He has no grace. This Kong has a funny face.

I watched it a while ago. It was actually the second anime I have ever watched. I don't care too much for it though, just to be perfectly honest. It's okay
