How many people here game on linux?  I just put together my first gaming pc and my first time installing any kind of linux, I'm running ubuntu on a Gigabyte Brix with an i7 6500.  So far all I've been playing is Portal, Risk of Rain, and Hand of Fate, all of which I love, but I'm looking for something a bit more fast paced.  Anyone know any good FPS's for linux/steam os?  Got any recs in general?

I kinda forgot about this website for a while but now I'm back.

A good FPS is Verdun; it's a WW1 squad based game. Insurgency is pretty good as well. In terms of games that aren't shooters: Terraria, Starbound, Stardew Valley, VA11-Hall-A, Metro series, and Hyper Light Drifter are some pretty good native Linux games.

I'm so glad for Steam on Linux. Although you might argue that it's bad to flood the Linux ecosystem with proprietary software, enough of this software is based off of open-source technologies that I feel open-source networking, audio, and graphics libraries are bound to improve in the long term.
