So it's been a while. Coming back with a cooking thread. Anyways, I love cooking, and I'm sure a lot of you do too. Instant noodles are good, but a real meal is nice every now and then. So, cooking thread. Post your recipes here, if you want.

My personal favorite, Beef Tips & Rice. Put some water to boil, I typically put on about 4 cups of water, since I eat a lot. Once it's at a boil, turn off the stove top, and put the same amount of rice into the pot. Fluff the rice every now and then, and once the rice is ready, throw some beef tips into the microwave for about 4 minutes. You can find beef tips at your local Wal Mart, I haven't been to one that doesn't have beef tips. Now mix the beef tips with the rice, be careful, they're hot. There you have it, beef tips & rice. This is more of a dinner meal, but like any, can be eaten at any time of day.

I have mastered the way of the spaghetti.

It's über easy, I just:
1) Dice onions, mushrooms, and zucchini.
2) Heat some oil in a frying pan.
3) Fry the onions, mushrooms and zucchini.
4) Whack in some mince meat and a teaspoon of garlic.
5) Stir until dat meat is brown.
6) Then pour in a can of crushed tomatoes and a jar of pasta sauce.
7) Mix that shit for a while.
8) Let it simmer while the spaghetti/pasta cooks.

My favourite is fried rice, especially the one which using all kind of meat and veggie.
I love it since it was easy to make and eat.

Here's the essential ingredients:

1. Pork (rare to find since I living in Indonesia)
2. Grilled tuna (rich of omega 6)
3. Raw carrot (better to eat it raw, keeping the vitamins)
4. Sausage
5. Spinach (gonna be Popeye the sailor)
6. Tempeh (do you even ever heard tempeh, it's of alternative of meat)

For the preparation, it's exactly same as the usual way to cook fried rice.

how did i not know about this thread! i love love love making super simple vegan thingies; my favourite is pasta with fried tofu and onions. basically just cut the tofu into smallish cubes and dice the onions while the pasta is cooking, then fry the tofu and pasta and add the onions after around five minutes or so. then just let it fry until it looks okay and tasty enough and add as many spices as you can so it gets super super spicy! <3

For Chicken Marsala, I use this recipe, however, I substitute the marsala for an even mix between sherry and sweet vermouth because I think it fits the spices better.

@moeki You should try tempeh. An alternative of meat that made from soya beans. It's really delicious.

Seems simple enough. Heat up some fat... fry

Spoiler

1. Grab some leftover spaghetti from a party you don't even remember
2. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute on high
3. Open up a can of vienna sausages and pour over the plate
4. Douse the sausages in ketchup and/or hot sauce (optional)
5. Apply cheese moderately

I wish I knew how to cook
