When did I harass Nananashi? If you're going to direct me to my joke about dominating the world, that wasn't harassment at all, it was a joke. >>31285 > >when Nanashi made the descision to stay, he left, but when he made the desecion > to leave, he still stayed. And why did he have to come back? > I don't see the issue here, people are not allowed to change their mind?
Nanashi is completely allowed to, but these kind of actions have consequences, in this case I lost my respect for Nanashi as a mod. >>31285 > >Senpai says that he just needed a break yet Nanashi himself says that Lewd was undermoderated > and they needed another mod. > I think it would be fairly obvious that if one mod stepped down, we'd need another > mod.
Yeah, another mod but you took the same person in again and if you can't even lose one person in the staff, what would happen when someone went on vacation? If the problem now was already big enough for Nanashi to have to return, what would happen if someone went on vacation for 2 weeks? >>31285 > >This shows lack of communication between the staff and a serious problem with the > amount of staff members, if someone plans to leave the staff, yet he feels the need > to come back due to lack of staff. Sometimes things take time to transition.
But if in this time to transition, the problem was critical enough for someone who stated that he didn't want to be a mod anymore, or at least until he was ready to become one, which wouldn't take this short amount of time. >>31285 > >But what annoys me the most is that when people complain in a mostly normal way, > it might have been blunt but just becuase of that we're stupid people who wouldn't > care about an explanation? Well then, instead of just saying I'm a dingus, tell me what I did wrong when I stated my complaint? >>31285 > Quote: > oh so it was pointless forum drama as usual > Quote: > Can anyone tell me which staff member is going to leave next? Sure these were stabs at Nanashi, but just becuase they have a stab at Nanashi they or anyone else who think what happened was stupid even without stabbing at them are cicrle jerkers? So if you ever agree with me and I say, the people who don't agree should start cliping their toe nails and taking these clipping and use them to poke their eyes out, you shouldn't be taken seriously? Becuase your problem with my complaint seems to be that other people whom I agree with posted something rather blunt. I do think in some of these cases it was dickish and could have been said better, they were showing their frustration in a satirical way becuase it annoyed them. And becuase of that my arguments have been invalidated?
