> Well it's a good thing nobody's getting harassed then is it?

I'd call it harassment when you're intentionally going out of your way to poke fun at nana.

> I don't know who you're calling immature here, but if it's me than I see that as harassment.

If you're acting immature, it's not harassment to label you as acting immature.

>If Nana needed a break he/she could've just told us instead of stepping down entirely, especially after the situation with @rii.

Quote:Lastly, I just wanna say I still want to help out the forum, so nothing is set in stone yet. I will keep on introducing my ideas, keep on being active - even more so now I'm no longer a moderator. I just wanna thank everyone that encouraged me on my journey so far, but for now, this is as far as I go. I can't be a staff member until I'm ready to become one, and being one until now was a pleasant experiment that I did not deserve. Should I ever deserve this title, I'll be happy to look you in the faces again and carry on with that duty, but until that day comes, I will just be your ordinary based nana.
The last paragraph pretty much implies that nana had the intention of one day returning to his staff position.

>And I'm getting sick of the lack of respect you show towards us, the community, but that's probably just my immature, circlejerking mind, is it?

I don't treat anyone with disrespect until they show disrespect themselves.

>Respect needs to be earned and kept, you don't keep respect by dropping in and out regularly
A loss of respect is no excuse to harass someone for the actions you disagree with.

>when Nanashi made the descision to stay, he left, but when he made the desecion to leave, he still stayed. And why did he have to come back?

I don't see the issue here, people are not allowed to change their mind?

>Senpai says that he just needed a break yet Nanashi himself says that Lewd was undermoderated and they needed another mod.

I think it would be fairly obvious that if one mod stepped down, we'd need another mod.

>This shows lack of communication between the staff and a serious problem with the amount of staff members, if someone plans to leave the staff, yet he feels the need to come back due to lack of staff. Isn't that showing some seriously instable staff orginazation?

Not particularly, we were temporarily down one mod and were seeking one when nana came back. Sometimes things take time to transition.

>But what annoys me the most is that when people complain in a mostly normal way, it might have been blunt but just becuase of that we're stupid people who wouldn't care about an explanation? And you think it's a problem you don't get enough respect, I might have some theories on why that is.

It's nothing about the complaining that causes my loss of respect, it's the way that it's being done that does.

Can someone do me a favor and explain how a post like any of the following is a reasonable complaint and not an attempt to bait some sort of reaction from nana?

Quote:oh so it was pointless forum drama as usual

Quote:Can anyone tell me which staff member is going to leave next? Can you also tell me when he/she is coming back again?

It seems like we've got a trend going on.

Quote:Waiting for the next emotional breakdown thread saying he leaves again lol.

What people do for attention..

I wouldn't call it harassment, and I know that legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com and Mirriam Webster do so too.

So showing my frustration in a satirical way and then having a civilized discussion about it is immature now? I guess that lowers the bar for immaturity quite a bit doesn't it?

I still think Nanashi should've given it more time. Knowing how being part of the staff made nana feel, I think there's a good possibility that he will leave again in the coming few weeks. That quote also implies that he won't return so soon. "when that day comes" doesn't exactly make me think it'll be in the coming two weeks. I don't think anyone thought that.

But still, evidence is what it is so I guess you're right to some degree. I still stand by my point though. Nanashi could've just taken a break, this is one step too far.

And by the way, I don't think fighting disrespect with disrespect is the right thing to do as an admin. It doesn't exactly help. Take my advice if you want to.

When did I harass Nananashi? If you're going to direct me to my joke about dominating the world, that wasn't harassment at all, it was a joke.

Nanashi is completely allowed to, but these kind of actions have consequences, in this case I lost my respect for Nanashi as a mod.

Yeah, another mod but you took the same person in again and if you can't even lose one person in the staff, what would happen when someone went on vacation? If the problem now was already big enough for Nanashi to have to return, what would happen if someone went on vacation for 2 weeks?

But if in this time to transition, the problem was critical enough for someone who stated that he didn't want to be a mod anymore, or at least until he was ready to become one, which wouldn't take this short amount of time.

Well then, instead of just saying I'm a dingus, tell me what I did wrong when I stated my complaint?

Sure these were stabs at Nanashi, but just becuase they have a stab at Nanashi they or anyone else who think what happened was stupid even without stabbing at them are cicrle jerkers? So if you ever agree with me and I say, the people who don't agree should start cliping their toe nails and taking these clipping and use them to poke their eyes out, you shouldn't be taken seriously? Becuase your problem with my complaint seems to be that other people whom I agree with posted something rather blunt. I do think in some of these cases it was dickish and could have been said better, they were showing their frustration in a satirical way becuase it annoyed them. And becuase of that my arguments have been invalidated?

no b8 I was just bluntly stating my views on the matter. there seems to be some idea among the staff that bluntness = harassment/bulli/ban and it's really fucking stupid. I'd go so far as to equate it to sjw behavior

Thanks for ruining my thread. For future reference, I'd advise you to learn to read before you complain about something. And grilling my ass publicly doesn't really add any seriousness to your posts. If you got any real complaints, since the ones you stated are clearly not well thought-over, and simply exist to turn my service into naught, I'll be glad to talk to them over via PM with you. Just one thing, this time give it a while to think things through before you say something, as pointless provocations will be ignored.

This thread is now closed as it derailed extremely from the original cause it was created for.
