I know Senpai has mentioned that we have a new theme in progress, but I thought I'd just point out a minor issue I noticed with the current layout. In the top left of our home page, we have two buttons simply labelled as "Groups." The Groups tab at the very top (next to "Members") takes you to the list of available groups to join, whereas the Groups tab on the lower menu (next to "Forums") takes you to subforums for groups which you have already joined. This is slightly confusing, as we basically have two buttons with different functions on the same page, yet they say the exact same thing.

I think it would be better if we just changed the lower button to something like "Group Forums" or "Group Subforums" to be more specific about where the button is taking you. This probably isn't a big deal to most users who have been here for a while and know about the Groups system, but I imagine that newer members could have some difficulty finding what they are looking for with this setup.

Indeed. The group stuff definitely needs some work. Thanks for bringing it up!

Yeah. The group logic is very confusing. It'd definitely be helpful if you could click a group name to go to its subforum or something.

In reality, all he's doing is pushing the same buttons he always has, nothing has changed. The longer he spends here, the more invested he gets, the more he forgets which life is the real one.

That never even crossed my mind, but that is a brilliant suggestion!

I'm thinking of letting groups have group pages. where people can add a bit of information about their group and see a list of people in the group.

LIKE
WE CAN HAVE GROUP BANNER
AND GROUP PIC
AND IT'LL BE FACEBOOK 2.0
AND SENPAI GETS RICH AND BUYS US ALL FERRARIS

But seriously though, I think it would be great if we could have a lot more depth to our group customization. Like subclasses in groups, etc.

Would also help detail admission requirements for certain groups, specifically those that require moderation from the leader. I think it would be cool to put different information, and customize it up a bit.
